Yeah I have a blurry picture of Tamara’s face when she’s being slammed it’s clearly her, but the hand idk I think the hand’s skin complexion is too too light…

I think whomever Emma is body slamming is the same person pointing a gun at Neal’s head. The figure is very slight for a man, more like a woman’s, but I’m not sure if she’s Tamara. Her hand looks quite pale and not like Tamara’s hands, since she’s black and this person’s hands are pale.
I agree but Tamara (S M-G) is rather light skinned, and the hand looks darker than Neal’s face for instance.

The scene you are referring to is episode 21. Neal is in every episode until the end of the season, though.
