Greg is holding the gun on Neil so he can’t help Emma.

That does not look a man’s hand. It’s pretty small. Which I why I still say Tamara but if not, then another woman? Uh. There are none?

These are the two scenes before Charming kisses Emma on the head, the promo I got the body slam on didn’t have Charming and Emma sitting together?

Pretty sure it's Snow, from episode 20 “The Evil Queen” where Regina and Snow are together in the woods for some reason we have yet to figure out.

Also, the same scene is in the USA Lacey promo and we see Snow draw the arrow.
