Throwing this out here: but the hand on the dial might be Hook. We know he is offered a deal with GOAT. And he is scene with Regina in a comatose state in the original USA promo.

We do know one thing that is how Emma got her Bruise, why Emma and David are both holding guns I don’t know that either.

I’m guessing that they find out GOAT took Regina and they went to her office to start looking for her

–Henry goes missing and the Charmings, naturally, assume it was Regina. Charming and Emma go off to find Regina. But she does not have him. Somehow Emma, Charming, Regina, Snow and Neal figure out that Tamara and Greg have Henry and go to the cannery.

Mmmm. But the figure clearly has a woman’s figure from the back and the skin is darker (Hook is pretty pale…)

Also: How on earth is Greg and Tamara going to capture Regina in the first place? She has magic: unless they use Henry.
I also think Emma and Charming barge into Regina’s office because of a tip that they heard screaming, than they go into a backroom and are surprised to see Regina in some sort of coma and Hook leering over her.

Ok, yes. There is some new footage there. There is a gun pointed at Neal’s head and it looks like at one point they are at the cannery? My guess as to the gun wielding thug: Tamara. When it doubt, Tamara.
I went and looked at the video and you guys are right there is some new footage added. The stuff in the canary looks like it could be either Emma or Neil fighting either Hook or Greg and Tamara
The gun pointed at Neil could be Greg or Hook but maybe it is Tamara

I think Henry goes missing and Emma/Charming go to Regina’s thinking she has taken him but they get there and discover Regina after GOAT tortured her. They release her and together they go after GOAT where they all fight but GOAT escapes with Henry.
That’s my theory.
