I’m wondering, since we know Regina is taken and experimented upon, what would happen if Emma & co think SHE is dead? Would they hold a funeral for her? Henry loves her, and despite all the evil things Regina has done, my sense is that Charmings & Co would be sad if she died. Maybe not as sad as Emma looks, but that could be reflected sadness from Henry? Especially if Emma feels guilt that she is Sheriff and she has failed to catch the threat she noticed that killed Pinocchio v. 1.
Slurpeez, that is a very interesting theory, that fits with how Regina and Rumpel operate with each other.

I read an interesting analysis on Tumblr why Regina would curse Belle to make Mr. Gold be bad:
“You always choose darkness.” She thinks that Belle is the only reason he ever tried to be good. Like Henry was HER only reason to be good. She gave Belle Lacey memories to entice him to choose darkness. To PROVE that he’s not better than her. To challenge him. That he can’t be a good person without her watching. And he has to prove that he can be a good person for its own sake.http://ticktockdearie.tumblr.com/post/48013053831/guys-i-know-why-regina-is-doing-this
I agree wholeheartedly. If Rumple has really changed he’ll choose to be good because it’s what HE really wants not because it is what Belle wants/needs. And I think he will (obviously) because I think he’s made some strides toward that already.

Oh, maybe, since the funeral scene could be in honor of Regina if she’s missing and presumed dead. I think despite their huge differences, the Charmings would still honor the memory of Henry’s mom, for his own sake and grieving process.

Yes, I think Emma would feel a sense of guilt/grief if Henry thought Regina had died and Emma felt powerless as the savior to prevent it from happening. I’m not sure how much Snow and Prince Charming would really miss Regina’s evil attempts to murder them, but I think Snow would especially feel a sense of regret at how things ended and would have remembered the way young Regina used to be before Daniel died.

ETA: I think this could be Henry being kidnapped by GOAT
Isn’t that from Welcome to Storybrooke when Henry runs into Greg in the forest?

You’re probably right.

Still wondering why Regina and Emma are meeting and talking at the docks.

Where are GOAT holding Regina? It looks underground-ish, and the colouring looks like it could be under the hospital? Guess that would answer whether or not Greg’s dad is down there. But if he is, and they find him, then what motivation does Greg have left for continuing to work with Tamara? Maybe they’re not all under the hospital after all. Or maybe they are, but Kurt isn’t down there after all.
I don’t think Greg has any reason to work with Tamara after they find Kurt, or rather she doesn’t need him anymore. I think Tamara will turn on Greg as soon as it is convenient for her.
Which is why I was wondering where their lair is, because if it’s under the hospital, (they may well have electro-shock equipment down there, because Nurse Ratched loved that stuff), then that probably means Kurt isn’t there like everyone has assumed, because if Kurt was down there too, they would have found him. What we’ve seen of Greg in the finale doesn’t suggest that he’s found his dad and wants to stay with him. So either they’re not under the hospital, or we were all wrong about what happened to Kurt, which in turn begs the question of what did happen to him?

We’ve already had a fake out funeral this season, so I doubt they’d go there again.

I’m almost more willing to believe that they’re not under the hospital because trying to figure out where Kurt is if he’s not under the hospital is just baffling. Because if he had left SB, he would have found Owen and Regina couldn’t send him someplace else, right?
So then where are they? Maybe they steal the equipment and are in the mayor’s office?"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"April 15, 2013 at 4:08 pm #186281SlurpeezParticipant@Phee wrote:

If Regina is being held captive in the basement, it’s likely there would be a sort of “torture chamber” in the form of electro-shock therapy. It’s still possible that Kurt Flynn could be down there, too, but he might have gone crazy (which could drive Owen Flynn to want revenge). Otherwise, perhaps Regina is being held inside her own vault, which was where she hid out during the Cricket Game fiasco. Perhaps Tamara has a portable shock-therapy kit.

That’s a good point, but the writers could pull another plot device on us. They used the frame-someone-for-fake-murder motif in S1 on MM and then in S2 on Regina.

Could just be a “parley” in which Emma and Regina meet on neutral ground to discuss Henry’s safety and well-being.

April 15, 2013 at 4:08 pm #186282HappyEndingsSpectatorI can’t seem to find that post that someone had noticed that Emma has a bruised cheek when David gives Emma a kiss so why would Emma have a bruise ❓
Also, I agree I don’t think they would fake another funeral as they did before.
