Just a theory but maybe Emma was struggling financially to get by when she hooked up with Henry’s father.

I thought you were going into Emma being an ex-prostitute here: need to stop reading forums when I’m half-awake. I’m sold on the idea that Henry’s dad was a criminal: resentment from this could even tie to her bail bonds job.

Emma isn’t someone who likes to admit she’s been taken for a fool so she might just pass off Henry’s father as a one night stand because it’s easier than acknowledging all the hurt he’s caused her.

We all know how good Emma is with denial! At seventeen, having feelings for someone, and then realizing they aren’t a great guy: I could see her jumping ship, thinking that it’s better than being left by HIM in the end. We know she’s been abandoned by parental figures multiple times in her life: could see Emma thinking that guys were all going to ditch her too, and feeling she has to be the first one out the door.

    From the examiner article

Co-creators and executive producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis confirmed that in season two we would finally be meeting Henry’s father. In fact, series star Jennifer Morrison boasted already knowing who he is, so Kitsis went on to say that the reveal of Henry’s father may not be as big a deal as some fans (or perhaps even this reporter) have built it up because he was just a “one time thing” to Emma (Morrison).

Could this mean that Bae is not Henry’s father or that Henry’s father is not Emma’s true love?

That’s what it sounds like to me. Unless they’re being deliberately misleading, it kinda sounds like they’re trying to throw some cold water on all the speculation. After reading that, I’ve pretty much ruled out Bae being the baby daddy.

This was a joke when they said it was no big deal, it was a one time thing. They all laughed when he said it. They laughed because it is a big deal. The father is Bae. I don’t really like it, but i think it’s true.

This was an interesting interview. I am glad to here they are going to go after the queen. And like what Lana said in one of the other interviews about how magic works differently and it is hard to use. At least i think it was Lana.

I think both Lana and Ginnifer (in another interview) said that. I’m really looking forward to how magic will work. Lot’s of people making the same mistakes, probably.

And here’s an interview with Meghan Ory! 🙂
