Vi is a mischievous twentysomething whose penchant for troublemaking belies the heart of a true survivor.
I reckon that “true survivor” will be Bae. He’ll trust Tink because he thinks she’s a helpful fairy like Blue. But Tink will actually be manipulating him and lying to him.
Maybe it’s just because I’ve been disappointed that Sneaky Fairy hasn’t yet been confirmed as being sneaky, but I hope Tink is totally devious.

Bae having the heart of a “true survivor” sounds like a really good guess. Also, it somewhat foreshadows his son, Henry, having the heart of a “true believer“.

It sure does! 🙂

Question: Are the rumors true about Once Upon a Time introducing Tinker Bell? —Bonnie
Ausiello: I’ll answer that question by describing to you the new character of Violet and letting you draw your own conclusions. How about that? Vi is a mischievous twentysomething whose penchant for troublemaking belies the heart of a true survivor. (Interesting side note, especially for Hook if she is Tinkerbell: She never lets a slight go unpunished!)http://tvline.com/2013/07/09/bones-season-9-spoilers-the-secrets-in-the-proposal/
Is that suppose to be believes instead of belies?

Ooooh. Nice catch!

I wouldn’t be surprised if Regina knows about NL. In fact, I expect her to.
Snow, not so much.

No, it was meant to be belies, which is why I believe it may refer to Tink betraying Bae’s trust somehow.

Snow probably has SB memories of having read about PP and NL, but I imagine that’s all she knows about the place…which it seems isn’t entirely accurate.
Regina is more likely to actually know something about the place, though I’m not sure that she’s actually been there before. I don’t think many people actually go to NL, because people who have enough magical knowledge to know about the place probably also know that once you’re there, you can’t leave.
I do suspect that Regina’s little failsafe gem may have originated in NL though, because its purpose was basically to wipe out everyone except Henry, and PP’s objective was to isolate Henry. Maybe Tink popped over to FTL at some point to give Regina the failsafe, and she took it, not bothering to learn where it came from, (she does love to act on impulse, does our Regina)?
ETA: Holy excess html, Batman. Where did all of that come from?! Have cleared it up now.
July 13, 2013 at 6:17 am #200306kfchimeraParticipantI don’t think Ausiello was referencing Bae at all. The sentence means that despite Tink’s party girl ways, she has the heart of a true survivor.
Snow and Regina have heard of NL obviously, even if by reputation. They have met Hook.

July 13, 2013 at 8:03 am #200308PriceofMagicParticipantI think Tink is going to be someone who works for PP because she believes he’s looking out for her and that he truly cares about her. However, I think PP is only going to be using Tink to achieve his goals and when she discovers this, he’d better watch out.
I think Tink will switch to working for the good guys because they treat their allies as actual people rather than disposable toys.
