The name was in the credits for the next episode for the character Chris Gorham is playing, that is how people know the name will be Walsh.    People have speculated it has references to “Green” or to an actor who  played a flying monkey in the Oz movie, or to the musical group Kansas (their biggest hits were Carry On my Wayward Son and Dust in the Wind) –but it’s not the most obvious name to be connected to  Oz.

And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?” -- Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass
