Remember this is a blind item. It DOES NOT necessarily apply to Once. However if the Underworld storyline is happening, I really think it could for us.
Details are super sketchy, but rumor has it the fatal twist is set to occur in this hour-long show’s forthcoming fall finale. Meanwhile, there are conflicting accounts as to whether the death will actually stick. Given the importance this particular character has to the series, it’s tough to imagine that it would. But in this Will Gardner-offing, McDreamy-snuffing TV world we live in now, I suppose anything is possible.

JMo did say in an interview that everything she is doing is because of her love for hook and several people have speculated that her embracing the darkness is her way of preventing his death. If this is in fact for OUAT this would support that theory.

this makes me think Once. Emma, Hook, Henry. Sound like it could be any of them. The fact that it might not stick sounds like classic OUAT breaking their own rules.

Once is an ensemble show, there are no co-leads. That points to a show with two main characters…Castle, Bones, Sleepy Hollow, Blacklist, etc.
If I were to lay money on it, I’d bet it’s Castle. She held back on signing on for another season and a lot of spoilers and blind items usually end up being Castle. They love covering that show. If it’s not Castle then it’s Bones. David Boreanaz has had some issues in the past and maybe he’s taking time off.
Whoever it is, this blind item does not refer to Once. I’m positive.

If it is for OuaT, I would have gone with Emma being the obvious choice.
However I’d probably say Hook now. Colin has booked a movie which films from November 1st – January 20th. If Hook dies and goes to the Underworld and the other characters go looking for him, it would free up Colin’s schedule a little bit to film the movie rather than doing it all over weekends.

Those are characters that are co-leads.
OUAT is not a co-lead show. There are some actors that get more screen time (Emma, Regina, Hook) but the show is not billed a single lead with a supporting cast (House, Arrow) nor as a co-lead (Bones, Sleepy Hollow, Castle, Blacklist, Supernatural) but as an ensemble show (Grey’s, HTGAWM, TBBT, Chicago Fire)

Then of course there’s Vampire Diaries, Stefan and Damon.
Ian Somerhalder recently got married, so he may feel like it’s time to take time off to be a husband, have kids with his wife, and enjoy a break. Paul Wesley recently spoke out that he wasn’t sure if would return after Season 7, which he also voiced that he thinks this maybe Vampire Diaries Final Season, which would make sense considering the leading lady Nina Dobrev left last season, and the ratings are descending.
If I had to place money on this Blind Item, I’d say this definitely isn’t concerning OUAT, but I think TVD is on the line.
