According to Reviewer, every fan theories about Neal and Tamara are false. Which means that Neal is not Peter Pan.
Eddy Kitsis even said that Tamara is from our world. She doesn't have any other identity.

So what does this mean for the coffee ordeal?

I still think one of the worlds Neal stopped at before coming to ours, could have been Neverland, otherwise why have the age comment in The Queen is Dead after Hook attacks Rumpel.

He’s probably not Peter Pan, but I would buy the explanation that he turns out to be a Lost Boy.

I think I found some concrete evidence concluding Neal isn’t Peter, I know, sad, right.

In this article the author mentions that Adam or Eddy said that no one has guessed the right theory about Neal yet, and Peter is one of the biggest theories, so I’m 90 percent sure their saying that he isn’t Peter

I’m still behind Neal being a Lost Boy, but after reading this tumblr post, I think I’m starting to believe that Killian maybe Peter Pan.

I would love this as well. It would be great if all of the characteristics of Peter Pan rubbed off or influenced Neal/Bae maybe saving him from being a pirate (well that is my theory)
