So what’s your opinion: is she in SB or not? I tend to think that this is just setting her up to come into the story, not that she’s in SB per se.

"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"Since Ariel will be introduced in season 3, I wonder how much involved will Ursula be in the events of Neverland. Assuming she’ll be a character on her own (hopefully!) and not a version of Regina or Rumple, I could see Peter doing all this villain stuff because of a deal he once struck with our sea witch, especially if it involves someone that’s not usually talked about in PP media, but seems to have made an impact in Peter’s life: his mother.
Traditionally Peter brings Wendy, Wendy’s daughter Jane and her female descendants because he seeks someone to be a mother to him and the Lost Boys, it’d only be natural for Once to delve into why he wants that so much. My pet theory is that he deeply loved his mother, but she was brutally taken away from him very early in his life and now he’s moving heaven and hell to get to be with her again.
