Phee, I agree completely with you. To me, it’s an open-and-shut case. A Lost One uses “he” as a pronoun in a question, and Felix clearly answers using the proper noun, Peter Pan, in direct reference to pronoun “He” used in the question. Also, “He” was used so much in Second Star to the Right in order to build up the suspence and then that pronoun was finally confirmed as referring to Peter Pan in And Straight On “Til Morning. (It’s parallel to when “She” was played up so much to build suspense and then “She” was confirmed as referring to Tamara in Selfless, Brave, and True).
Yes to all of this!
GOAT are going to be in for a big shock that their BIG boss is actually someone magical. I wonder if that will change their perception about their cause and their beliefs.
Can’t believe I’m saying this…but I’m actually really looking forward to seeing GOAT again. Should be interesting to see how they handle that shock to their systems.
[adrotate group="5"]July 27, 2013 at 11:10 am #202326HappyEndingsSpectatorWell IMO the dialogue in the finale is clear cut. Felix names PP as someone who never fails in his response to the guy who says: “If that’s not the boy he’s looking for, do you think we’ll be able to find him?” Why would Felix name PP if he wasn’t the “he” that their conversation was about?
What they are saying just, PP is a He and will find him but the person asking for the Kid is someone different is what I am trying to get across!!!. I think PP is a bounty hunter kind of and his employees are Tamara and Greg, PP is working for someone else he doesn’t want Henry but someone else does and perhaps PP needs Henry in order to get something back from the person who is requesting Henry. Again, this is just my opinion.

The only problem with this is from a storyteling perspective. S3 is the Neverland arc. Why have a random extra baddie that is not part of the NL myth and essentially make PP an “extra” in his own mythology? It makes the most sense, from a logical progressive storytelling POV, to have PP be our “bad guy” given how they’ve set up NL, the shadow, ect.

They float different characters in and out of a story all the time example Robin Hood is in England not in FTL.

The use of pronouns and proper pronouns lessons from Once Upon a Time 🙂
July 27, 2013 at 1:49 pm #202337RumplesGirlKeymasterThe complicated thing they keep saying is in reference to PP; not that the entire story in complicated as if there is some huge plot hidden behind a PP subplot, it’s that PP’s motivation for wanting Henry (and being the “bad guy”) is complicated.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"July 27, 2013 at 2:59 pm #202338HappyEndingsSpectatorIf Regina can handle PP by herself, then why would Rumble be so afraid he is stronger in magic then Regina besides wouldn’t Rumble say it is PP?. I still think there is something else or someone else in the background that we don’t know and I am still leaning on the Duke that was in FL as the party that is really looking for Henry. It is just to obvious that they would say PP is evil without something else in mind.
#1 = Mr. X = The person who really wants Henry – PP is working for him.
|
#2 = PP = Home Office (Is the Bounty Hunter for Mr. X)
|
#3 = Tamara and Greg = Employees for Peter Pan
|
#4 = HenryIf I had arrows I would have used them sorry this the best I could do.
Note: I think the reason Bae was probably let go in NL latter because they knew he would be the father to Henry but again this is just my opinion.
I still think Tamara will be killed by PP trying to use the taser on him. Greg, will try and protect Henry but will be killed doing so by Mr. X, or PP. As for that taser I wonder if the magic Tamara collected can be release latter on something or someone?

Lana Parrilla didn’t say Regina could take on PP alone. The exact quotation from the E!Online interview is:
How evil is Peter, anyway? When asked if Peter will be badder than Regina, Lana said she hopes not, but then quickly revised that: “Maybe the audience hopes so, because there’ll be some serious battles!” She added that part of the fun is that Peter is “so mysterious, and this land is so foreign, that we just have no idea that we’re going to encounter.”
Lana said the audience may hope PP is worse than Regina, but she neither confirmed nor denied whether PP were actually a “bigger baddie” than the Evil Queen. In fact, she intentionally waffled a bit and instead said PP was “mysterious” so that no one knew what force they were up against (including Regina).
With regards to Rumple, he said Greg and Tamara were merely pawns and didn’t know whom they were truly working for, and he said this person is is someone they “all should fear.” Phee gave an excellent reference to when Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis confirmed that the person Greg and Tamara are unknowingly working is indeed Peter Pan. Therefore, the person whom Rumple fears is the very same person Greg and Tamara work for, who has been confirmed by the show’s producers as being PP. So, the fact that even Rumple fears PP means that this kid is pretty bad news and pretty powerful. PP may be even more powerful than Rumple or Regina. We’ll have to wait and see just how devious PP can be.

July 27, 2013 at 5:41 pm #202368RumplesGirlKeymasterI’m open to thinking the Duke may be apart of PP’s entourage, but I think you are making him into a much more important character than he has ever been presented. We’ve heard about him once and not since 108. Bringing him back as the true BIG BAD just makes no sense given how dark and terrifying they’ve set up PP and NL to be.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"July 27, 2013 at 6:17 pm #202386PriceofMagicParticipantI think HappyEndings may have a point. We’ve been led to believe that Peter Pan is the big bad and I think that’s the point. We’re supposed to believe Peter Pan is the big bad when in fact he may be the dragon (the second in command). We know they’re treating this upcoming season as 2 mini seasons and saying that, I think Peter Pan is going to be the big bad for the first 11 episodes which will end with the JR heroes defeating him and the spring 11 episodes will be where it is revealed that there is an even bigger bad behind Peter Pan. PP may be in charge of GOAT but theres someone in charge of PP.
In the vampire film, The Lost Boys, the audience was led to believe that the head vampire was David when in fact it was Max, the mom’s boyfriend. During the film, Sam believed that Max could be the head vampire but this was “disproved” using a number of tests.
I think this could be a similar situation.
All magic comes with a price!
