Confused: How did Ruby and Mulan end up in Oz and what happened to Merida

A twister took Baby Zelena from EF to Oz, so I guess it’s possible Ruby/Mulan did, too. However, the audience shouldn’t have to come up with an explanation. That’s the responsibility of the writing team. It’s sad when the fans pay attention to detail than do the writers.
