Controling the Shadow of PP? Does Felix do this?

What if that stick that Felix carries controls the shadow?

Snow, Emma, David, Regina and Hook so far hasn’t seen the shadow yet.  If PP wanted them dead why didn’t he rip their shadows off after all he wanted only Henry right?

The original story had Wendy sewing the shadow back on what if Emma has to do this to PP or something similar to make PP whole again?

I don’t think Felix controls the shadow. The club he carries is a weapon, he used it in his brief fight against Hook. Felix also has a dagger.
