    Hi Oncers,

I was wondering about this all week, but haven’t had the time to post this. What do you think would happen if Cora would cross the county line? She is new to this land, doesn’t know the rules and life of this land and came over after the curse. Would the county line ‘curse’ affect her? And how would she find out about it? I guess Regina may tell her if (or I actually think when) they get together.

    What are your thoughts?

Neither Cora or Hook were under the curse. Neither of them have dual personalities like the residents of Storybrooke do so there would be nothing they could turn into after ‘forgetting’.
Also, they physically sailed into Storybrooke (lucky the town had a harbour, hey?) so they must’ve crossed that line when they were coming into town.
All in all, don’t think it would affect them in the tiniest.

True, they did sail from FTL. However, how do you sail from FTL to this world? I do agree with that they do not have a counterpart in this world to go ‘back’ to. It worries me that she may be able to leave Storybrooke and except for Emma not one of the heroes can follow to do anything about it. It makes me wonder when the county line ‘curse’ will be lifted.

Actually, Regina doesn’t have a dual personality either. True, in Storybrooke she is some mayor, but she’s always remembered FTL and who she was so she wouldn’t have a life to go to if she forgot who she really was. She enacted the curse so would she suffer the consequences of breaking it like everyone else?

I don’t think Cora, Regina or anyone else with magic will be able to use magic outside of Storybrooke. Cora and Regina may be immune to the memory loss but they’ll still be powerless.

That I would like very much. No power outside Storybrooke. Otherwise I feel like it gets out of hand too much.

It would make sense, seeing that in the last episode, Rumple brings Belle’s body back onto the Storybrooke side and steps in himself before casting that fire ball.

I think anyone crossing will suffer memory loss. The difference between Cora and Hook is that SB residents have fake memories of characters that aren’t from a magical world whereas Cora and Hook would suffer from complete amnesia with no memory of being anyone.
