Creating the fairy tale book

I’ve been off from the forums like… 6 months something like that. Lots of boring lifestuff to do, but never forget about it and i’ve checked it regularly (as anonymous XD) Anyway, it seems i’m having some calm times in front of me, so i’ve decided that i’m using some of the techniques i’m learning about how manuscripts were written and created in medieval times to create my own copy of Henry’s book. I’ve just started to make some drafts with acrilics (it is the only paints i have at home now… it will change into inks like tomorrow ^^ ) in order to find my own style and get used to the whole decorating, calligraphic thing…
But i’m writing this in order to ask you for some help with the order of the stories. I mean, we know that the book ends when Emma is sent to our world, but… where does it start? with Rumpelstiltskin… as a child?? I think it is the oldest tale we have seen til now, isn’t it’?(and in fact we are seing it tonight, so… Xd) I’m asking because it is a long term project which requires not only the technique, but also knowing the tales.. and writing them with the variations of the show (it is really exciting to me, trying not only to reproduce the manuscript craft, but also trying to write as people did in medieval times. I’m not trying to do an exact copy of what we see in the show, but a ‘how it could have been in real life, assuming, and it is head canon to me, it was written back in EF’. I would submit some pictures of some of the draft, but I cannot find an option to do so if it is not from a webpage :S )

Thus, my understanding (all corrections and sugestions are welcomed! I trust you in this: you like this show as much as i do^^ )is that the stories, in ‘order’ are:

Rumpelstilkin’s as mortal (childhood, seer, Milah running away)

hook becoming pirate

Becoming the dark one + ending the ogre wars (if it doesn’t appear at some point of the show, i will create miself the scene of the dark one entering the battlefield and ending the war, rescuing the children. Because it sounds epic to me)

Rumpelstiltskin’s as the dark one (PP as hamelin’s pied piper, blue fairy-bae leaving, confrontation with hook and milah)

Bae with the darlings+bae give to PP by hook (i know, it probably doesn’t appear in the original book, but… i don’t know, i just like it)

The millers daughter

David/James born and separated.

Snow’s mother death

Regina saving Snow, becoming queen, stable boy death.

Regina´s aprenticeship as magician and her attemps to raise Daniel

Snow’s father’s death (all the genious story here, too)

Snow’s Exile (divided in different chapters as she moves on in the tale…)

David taking his brother’s place in George’s court (killing the dragon, etc..)

David’s engangement to Abigail.+meeting Snow.

Little mermaid at some point.

Belle and the beast.

Dreamy/Nova
Snow White and Prince Charming story, with all its subtales in it.

Pinoccio

The mad hatter.

The final war

Snow’s and Charming weeding,

The curse being cast

Emma being sent to our world

I’m under the impression I’m missing something important, but i cannot identify it… :S :S

So that is all. Just asking for ideas, suggestions, corrections… if you have read til here, i admire you already ^^

Have you still been working on this project? I just signed up here. I have been searching for a copy of Henry’s book. Apparently there is a Once Upon A Time book by ABC that is a similar version? I ordered it today so we will see what it’s like. There are a couple people on eBay selling homemade copies of Henry’s book with sticker pictures and they send you a copy of the stories to add to the book yourself.

I dont think all of the stories as we have seen them play out in the flashback from Enchanted Forest past were writtin in henry’s book… I dont think so.

Not all,but most I think. Hooks backstory shouldn’t be in the book as he wasn’t taken by the curse. But things like the pied piper incident, or Regina meeting Snow for the first time should all be in there
