Dark One, which story?

Ever since he first appeared I’ve been trying to remember from what story the Dark One is. The whole part with the name of a knife and having control over cursed one, if in power of it … I’ve heard it somewhere, only where?? It may not even be a fairy tale or some short story. Could be a book or film …
Anyone knows? 😐

I can’t remember a specific story where there was a Dark One, but when I first saw him, he reminded me of Anakin turning to the Dark Side in Revenge of the Sith.

Sort of reminded me of Harry Potter with Voldamort where they called him The Dark One or The Dark Lord.

Yeah, but I know there is a story somewhere about this guy who gains great power and the only way to get rid of him is to say his name and stab him with his dagger or sword … Maybe it was some episode in Charmed? 😐

Maybe to kill the EQ they will have to find her heart in a box and stab it with theRumplestiltskin knife like in Pirates of the Caribbean:)

You know I was being kind of tongue in cheek when i wrote previously but the more I have thought about it its not anymore a crazy theory than others. Robert Carlyle’s Rumple is very much like Johnny Depp’s Jack Sparrow, just quirky and your never sure what side he’s on. The EQ is like Davy Jones, and Emma — Will Turner. Rumple could help Emma stab the EQ’s heart and release her from the Curse to her lost love. Rumple’s curse would be broken by the use of the “zoso” knife on the queen’s heart and Emma would be the Savior and help return the FT characters to their happy endings. Weird, huh?

I don’t like the idea, so I hope it doesn’t play out that way, but it’s an entertaining theory! 😀

@mia I’m not hoping for it either, because all of us want something original. But it would be a better ending than LOST 😉 LOL!

I actually really liked the end of LOST so if they make it that good then i will take it.
