We know that Rumple, Henry and Violet go to New York at some point. Perhaps something happens and one of them get locked up in an asylum in the real world?
It’d make sense. They’d sound insane trying to explain everything and Storybrooke is still cloaked so no-one can get back in from the outside.
There was a sign that said asylum in the opening scene of 5×12 underneath the revelation marquee.
It did get me wondering if the sign asylum is a clue or hint of something to come. We’ve seen Regina keep her prisoners like Belle and Zelena in the basement of the hospital.
We also saw Alice put in an asylum in OUAT in WL when her father tried to convince her that she was mad for believing in Wonderland. She was on the verge of undergoing therapy to forget Cyrus when Will came and busted her out.
As to what “REVELATION” and “asylum” mean in the greater context, I’m not so sure (unless Emma is really trapped in an asylum the way Alice was). I think that would be too repetitive though.

Yep

Yes, that was the thing i mention on the SF scene, very surprised they actually showed continuity about this, so maybe the Revelation was more than a park name, or Neal warning Emma, was more like a hint to next season.

A new article about it, i will post it here bc i think there is no need of making another thread for the same theme.

What in the world? They really aren’t going to go there, are they? I wouldn’t mind Emma being captured and being told she was crazy for awhile, but that cannot be the real end. That would be a horrible ending.
@SwanMySavior yes. Still true.

So looks like no “Emma imagined the show up, and is in a mental hospital” twist, apparently. Thank God.
Oh, thank god. I was like he said that they wouldn’t do that.

Well the question is about Emma, that doesnt mean is not true, bc someone else could imagine the show.
