Okay.. so I’ve been on the Bea as Henry’s father since Jesus roamed the Earth. I still want that to be the case, because it supernaturally ties the entire show up with a pretty little bow and I like bows.. but follow me here:
Did I read somewhere that a non-FTland person wonder into SB and learns the consequences.. or something to that effect? Is there a possibility that Neal really is just some Tom or Jim off of the street that happens to be Emma’s “one”.. and he goes to SB after getting the postcard.. and in turn really is some innocent guy caught in the crossfire.. and is the guy the spoilers spoke about?

But it could be Neal. Which could be interesting, becuase that means the curse led Emma to finding true love in a whole other non-magical realm.

If you don’t stay there, you can go, spend a couple of weeks, visit the port, and enjoy Granny’s hot chocolate without noticing anything especial. One could maybe percieve something odd, but would probably forget soon about it, since no one would even think about curses and fairytales.
Unless you get trap in something, like… It would be nice if the curse in the boundaries works in the opposite way, and if a person from our world crosses it, that person creates FairytaleLand memories. 😆

I think K&H (or maybe it was even Jane?) said somewhere recently that now we’ve seen what happens when someone leaves town, we need to see what happens when someone enters town. Don’t think they specified if said “someone” would be a magical or real world person though. Wish I could remember where I’d read it so I could get the actual quote.
Also, like Naomi said, there’s been a new character cast, and in the casting call and the reports about the actor’s casting, it refers to them as a “visitor to SB”.

The real Neal Cassady was known as the Peter Pan of his time.
He did a documentary in the 60’s with the Grateful Dead “Magic Trip” where Neal drove the bus, named “Further” from San Fran to NY.
The Grateful Dead wrote a song about Neal and the trip, “The Other One”.
Some of the lyrics: “Cowboy Neal, at the wheel on the bus to Never Never Land”.There’s also a bus company that has been based in NY since the 1930’s- The Peter Pan Bus Co.
And a famous bakery in NY called Peter Pan Pastries.K&H are self proclaimed ‘Dead Heads” and created a fictitious band for LOST, based on the Grateful Dead, called Geronimo Jackson.
Emma has a Geronimo Jackson sticker on her car. Henry had a GJ CD in his backpack. Neal has a GJ sticker on his phone case.
So, by connecting all these together, I believe K&H named him Neal Cassady because of the Peter Pan clues associated with the name.
(and I also believe he’s Bae).Me and TheGoldenKey have added these clues to her Bae is Peter Pan and Henry’s father theory.

I mean when I try to google him up I don’t see many references about Peter Pan which is why I was quite confused. I still think he’s Bae but it makes sense if Bae did go off to Neverland first before traveling to our land. Ohhhhhhh this show is driving me nuts. I’ll die though if he’s not Bae 🙁 and I’m sorry I can’t have a HookxEmma ship >.<
January 14, 2013 at 4:24 am #168200redwolf4376ParticipantNeal could be Bae and also Peter Pan or maybe a Lost Boy…how he never grew up and acted like a kid. Stealing things, traveling across country with no one to answer to….
Haha what’s funny is that in “The Outsider,” Rumple spends all his time trying to find a way to be able to go search for Bae when in the end, a mysterious car speeds into SB right as Rumple is trying to leave….
