    I think we can rule out Regina ever being pregnant. Didn’t Regina tell Cora she wasn’t pregnant? I’d have to rewatch that scene.

    Okay, once again the time line makes no sense. Cora said to Regina it has been one year since Daniel died. Or did I mishear that. I know it’s the anniversary but I was sure she said it was a year. So in that year the following would have happened: Snow grew from Bailey to Ginny, Regina killed her husband, made Snow and outlaw, and then enslaved Graham?

    Maybe I just heard wrong and it was just the anniversary.

    I thought it had been one year as well, but thinking back it probably wasn’t specified.

    I finally rewatched the scene. We can totally rule out Regina was pregnant when she took the potion.

    Regina: [holds up chalice]
    Cora: What is that?
    Regina: A potion–to take away your future claim on the royal line.
    Cora: But you’re not pregnant.
    Regina: And I never will be!

    Cora says Regina isn’t pregnant, and Regina doesn’t contradict her. Regina seems to corroborate this fact by saying she’ll never be pregnant. So, the potion isn’t an aborticant; the potion is like a magical hysterectomy cocktail which prevents Regina from ever getting pregnant.
