    Hey, guys!
I was talking to my friends earlier, and was thinking: why, technically, wouldn’t Henry Sr., Jefferson, AND Regina all be able to go through the door/mirror back into the hat? Yes, the number of people who go in needs to be the same number of people who go out- but 3 people did go through the doors; Henry Sr. needed to get into Wonderland. He lived originally, or previously, in FTL.
So my question is: if two people go through a door in the hat, and don’t come out, and three more people follow, would the number of people who can then come out replace two with three, or would three be added to the two? If the answer is the latter, then all three of them should have been able to walk out of the door.
But: I know there can be other ways to enter another dimension, such as, say, a magic bean. In which case this wouldn’t be a problem. BUT, if there are other means of transportation to Wonderland and other dimensions, then why would the EQ really need Jefferson in the first place??

Could the Willy Wonka door be referencing all of Dahl’s books and not just Willy Wonka (James and the Giant Peach, the BFG, etc)? Also, I think as there will be a halloween episode, one portal will be to horror stories world (Frankenstein, Jekyll/Hyde, Dracula, Werewolves) and help explain how werewolves found their way into FTL. One world could be Grimm stories. Just tossing darts and seeing which stick

I’d had this thought too. The queen of hearts, whether she is Cora or not, isn’t very nice. She may have sent two servents over to get him/went over herself with one other, and then screwed them over and instructed that one of them get left behind. That’s the best I’ve got

Wonderland maths kinda makes my head hurt, but I did just have a thought. I’ve wondered if Jefferson somehow made his way back to FTL before the curse hit, which is why he’s in SB, but had never had any ideas as to how that might happen. But if the Onceiverse method whereby Alice and the White Rabbit come into Wonderland has the same rule as the hat – same number that go in must come out – perhaps Jefferson could be Alice’s +1 when she leaves?

I love this thought! If Alice entered Wonderland by following the white rabbit and she got stuck there, she’d have needed another person to escape with (well, not according to the original telling of the story, but maybe by OUaT’s retelling of the story). Jefferson could be her (and his) ticket out of Wonderland. At the same time, I always wondered if Alice were Grace’s mother, which would mean Jefferson and Alice knew each other long before he got trapped in Wonderland by Regina. Perhaps Grace’s mom is someone else altogether though.

After Hat Trick, I got it into my head that the Hatter’s neverending tea party was going to be to make up for the tea party he postponed with Grace. And that when Alice shows up, he’ll treat her as though she’s Grace, and then Alice will try to help him get back to his daughter. I’d just never thought of any logistics as to how that could potentially happen until this new theory popped into my head.
