Don’t think any video of the panel has surfaced yet, but I just saw this on tumblr…
I attended a panel with Miss Jane Espenson, Miss Keegan Connor Tracy, and Mr. Raphael Sbarge. During it, I found out some season three news. They’re not major ground breaking spoilers or anything. It’s something though.

They want Sebastian Stan back. Miss Espenson said he was probably the only actor in history to get his own spin off and not be able to be in it. She did say that if they can get him back this season, it would be late in the season because of scheduling.
A girl asked a question about the possibilities of Henry having magic. Jane told her she’s asking the right questions. We need to keep an eye on his storyline. There’s a possibility of him as a magical being.
A question came up about how Miss Keegan liked flying in the rig. After she answered, Miss Espenson added in she was allowed to say that some of the main cast will be up in the rigs too. I’m hoping Emma will be one, because I want to see her WHAT THE HELL!? face. I wonder why some of the main cast will be flying and others, we assume, will not be.
This isn’t a spoiler. I just wanted to add that Miss Espenson likes calling Hook by “Captain Tight Pants.” Also, Mr. Sbarge sang “When You Wish Upon A Star” in the panel. I hope someone got video of it.

Henry as a magical being. Makes sense, especially given that he is probably the “heart of the truest believer”
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"That is strange in another interview Jane stated that not all babies made out of pure love is magical. In fact there was a thread talking about it but I don’t know where it is or the one where we were discussing Henry having magic.
There’s something more to Emma than being the child of true love (maybe about being the saviour), in the sense that not all “true love babies” are capable of powerful magic.
Yes but Henry is more than a true love baby (we don’t even know for sure that he is a true love baby) but his mother IS magic. She’s not magical but she is raw magic walking around in human skin.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"We don’t know a lot about Emma’s magic. People are embellishing the little we know that has been said in the show and interviews. We know she has powerful magic, is the child of true love, but that her role as savior also has something to do with it, though it might not be the limit of it. Just as the curse might go beyond Rumple’s original intentions for having it cast, and certainly Regina’s in casting it.
Jane said she learns new things in the writers room all the time. Henry may or not be magical, and it may or may not be based in being the child of true love. Emma TRULY loves Henry. That’s cannon and maybe a mother’s true love like that is enough to spark magic? We have no idea.
Emma being special doesn’t mean Henry can’t also be special or a hero. In fact, he’s already been written as a necessary link to her destiny.

What if they are referring to a special gift, like Snow can talk to birds. Maybe Henry can too.

Like in the pilot, Charming says Snow sent her birds out to see if there was trouble. And in Season 2 a big Raven/Crow landed on her to deliver a message.
