I am STILL wondering what happened to the hat Emma made for Jefferson in Hat Trick, and where Jefferson went after he (presumably) fell through, and how he got back to SB. I’m really doubtful this will be addressed, however. Maybe they could mention it in OUATIW, one day…

Also, I would like some cute little scene one day where someone walks into Granny’s and we we can just see Ashley and her prince (whose name I forget), Kathryn and Jim, and Jefferson and Grace all eating or something. Just to reassure us that they’re all ok and still happy in SB.

George/Spencer–no justice for killer of Gus Gus and would be framer of Ruby Red?

That article also called as a dropped plot things the person misunderstood. Magic objects retain their magic–new magic could not be created. There is also magic that does not require fairy dust –just the spell for the well /portal did.

“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?” -- Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass

They also can’t be blamed for the Sidney Glass fiasco – what can they do when Giancarlo Exposito landed such a good role in a successful show?

K&H have confirmed that that hat was not magical and it didn’t send Jefferson anywhere. Think it might have been in one of their podcasts that they mentioned it.

While I know the hat was not magical THEN, it could be now. I really want to see the World of Doors again.

What happened to Snow White’s whistle that the huntsman gave her and who gave her the evil fairy dust? Was it Maleficient, or was it someone else?

About the magical hat, I think the better question is, how was the original one created? Jefferson apparently had no hand in that, or he’d have created one for Cora when he was stuck in Wonderland. Was it Rumple who did it, or someone else?

^Agreed. I want more Hat/Hatter backstory, but I know that’s a scheduling issue so I can’t really call it a “dropped” storyline. H and K want Sebby back, it just takes time.

    **EDIT**

Didn’t have time to read the article properly this morning, but my thoughts on the “dropped” storylines:

    1) Kathryn
I think I’m the only person who doesn’t *care* what happened to her. She was always a secondary recurring guest star who doesn’t really have a purpose once the Curse was broken. H and K have said in official podcasts that she is living with Frederick in their house, end of story. I don’t really know why people would want to see her again. She’s living her life as “both” and her marriage to Charming wasn’t real. Plus, logistically, could they even get the actress again?

    2)Heart in a box
I think it was just one of the hearts Regina has in her vault. It probably belonged to some guard and she had Dr. Whale (not knowing who he really was at the time) plant false evidence.

    3)Ring of Keys
Yeah, I’d like to see those again

    4)Philip is alive
This isn’t a dropped story. We’re going to get it in S3.

    5)Grumpy and Nova
To be fair, Amy Acker is pretty busy with another show

    6)Chip in pieces
It’s was symbolic. He’s relationship was in pieces–like the cup which has always represented both Belle and their love–and it was only when he was ready to have her back, when he realized that he needed her and not just some substitute that he repaired the cup.

    7)Snow’s Dark Heart
I get the feeling we haven’t seen the last of Snow’s dark heart

    8)Memory Cure
My thoughts on this are pretty well known…
