Elsa and Emma seem to have really bonded over their shared frozen experience. What do you think of this new friendship? Do you think it will last?
What do you hope to see come of it?

I hope it does….now that I think about it…Elsa is the first friend for Emma that didn’t come along with her parents! So that’s why I’m starting to like it….not completely there, but almost.

This was one of my favorite parts of the episode. I’m really glad Emma finally has a girlfriend. It’s about time she got one. Snow has Red, Regina has Tink…and they worked well together.
There was always so much potential with Emma and Elsa bonding together, since they’re both isolated people struggling with their magic. Glad to see it play it, and I hope it continues.
The way the two of them interacted in the snow cave e fastest we have seen Emma let down her walls. Talking a to perfect stranger who had as good as condemned her to death she is sharing her lack of magic control, growing up alone and talking about Henry. What was also shocking was that Elsa seemed to be in a similar sharing mood while still portraying the shadows of her over a decade of isolation left on her.
We need to see more platonic SnowSwan scenes in further episodes.

I like that Emma finally has a friend she can really bond with. I don’t like that it’ll only last for half a season, because they really can’t have Elsa stick around longer than that because I’m sure Disney have other plans for her that don’t involve her being in SB. But for now, I like it and I hope they keep building the friendship.
Their budding friendship was my favorite part of the episode!
Emma needs a friend more than anything else, someone not already caught up in all of the other relationships around, and not only a dashing pirate lover. Emma and Elsa share feeling uneasy with their own magical powers, know a life of isolation as children, and being thrown into a strange world. I am rather tired of all the romance and family drama, the shows I like most were always shows with at least one strong, important friendship in it.
I wouldn’t mind if Emma and Elsa get their own show and let Regina, and Rumple and the rest have this one. Maybe Mulan and Red can join and have some great adventures.
Guess it will last for this half season, after that will be probably more of a Facebook friendship, Elsa hopefully reunited with Anna, Kristoff, back in Arendelle, trying to rebuild things there, or something. Sometimes mentioned in OUaT but not shown.
¯\_(?????? ?)_/¯
Yeah Elsa and Emma’s friendship won’t last beyond 411, at which point Elsa will never, or at least very rarely, be mentioned again.
All magic comes with a price!
Keeper of FelixI’m a huge fan of Elsa, so to see her meet Emma was truly enchanting. I think the only other time we’ve ever seen Emma really bond with a female friend was with Mary Margaret in season 1, before she found out she was really her mother. So it’s nice to see Emma and Elsa become friends. I think Elsa is lonesome for Anna, so she probably welcomes having a friend and sister figure in this strange and foreign land. I know it probably won’t last beyond the first half of season 4, but it’s nice while it lasts.
