(Sidenote: I’d love for Snowing to have another kid by show’s end, so let’s throw an infant aunt/uncle for Henry into the mix too while we’re at it.)
I kind of wonder given Lana Parilla getting married, and how close Josh/Ginny are, whether it’s possible that either actress might in real life get pregnant over the run of this show, and then the writers might have to write it in or do the whole “hide the bump” thing. I think it would be interesting either way for Henry to end up with a sibling/aunt/uncle/relation (and I think Ginny has pitched the idea to the writers).
When we see one pregnancy in a show, we’ve seen them all. One baby is enough until the series finale, and if there is one couple in the show who’s emotionally ready since ever to have one, it’s Snowing. I definitely would like to see them having another child, they certainly deserve this after completely missing Emma growing up and I believe it to be on the cards, but probably for a later season like 4 or 5. I imagine Adam and Eddy would want to exhaust the possibilities for growth for the Charming/Snow/Emma as well as stabilize their relationship with Regina before bringing another baby of theirs to the table.
I do hope, however, that we’re not forced a baby storyline because one of the actresses got pregnant in real life. It rarely fits well within the ongoing plot, they’d better off doing the classic “hide that baby” when shooting her scenes.

The show began with them having baby Emma and having to send her away, so it would be a fitting bookend to see them have another baby when they’re finally settled down in a stable home and they can actually raise the child. And they all lived happily ever after…
As far as real life pregnancies, both Lana and Ginny are in their mid 30s, so I imagine if they’re gonna have kids, they’d be wanting to do it soon. If they were gonna hide it, Lana would need a body double for FTL flashbacks, coz there’s no hiding a baby bump in an EQ dress. Present day stuff though, they often wear big coats, so hiding a bump may not be too hard of a task.

She’s in her 30s, also, and currently married and has been for a few years. It’s a gamble hiding the baby sometimes on these shows. Some women you can only tell are pregnant by looking at their belly and others are pregnant from head to toe, if that makes sense. I think any of them it would be difficult to hid a baby bump since they’re all so slim but especially Emilie since she’s so tiny. I do wonder what are in their contracts, also. Do they have pregnancy clauses? Do those things exist? When you have this many women in their 30s in your cast and a show runs for a number of years, it’s bound to come up. I do bet the Eddy and Adam have discussed the possibility of it happening to any of the main cast.
It’s so nice to be talking about someone else’s reproductive habits besides my own. It seems if you are a female over 25 years of age and haven’t given birth then it’s game on for anybody and everybody to discuss your reproductive health. 😉

Regarding the swan pendant, I can’t wait for the day when he gives it back to her, (you know it’s gotta happen).
Oh, yeah! 🙂
In my head, he was carrying it in is pocket when he fell through the portal and we’ll see him give it back to her when they are reunited. And he’ll tell her that holding on it (her, really) was the only thing that kept him going.

😆 Hm, now I feel a bit bad to speculate about Ginny and Lana and Emilie, since many shows really do write around real life pregnancies fairly easily without in the least really altering plot lines. I do think if done right, another baby could be integrated into the show in a way that helps some characters grow without limiting those characters too much. Depends on how it is done I suppose.

June 9, 2013 at 4:21 am #197597SlurpeezParticipantAs for OUAT babies, I want at Rumbelle pregnancy so badly! I want Belle to discover she’s with child after she and Rumple made passionate end-of-the-world love in his pawn shop, just before he left for NL. Rumple comes back and Belle gives him the wonderful news that he’s going to be a father again. I didn’t know Emilie is married, so it could happen! 😀
Also, I believe Lana Parrilla just got engaged. She’s about 35, so I wouldn’t be surprised if Lana decided to have a baby within the next few years. I would actually really like Regina to settle down with Captain Hook and have a child of her own (besides Henry). That would help take some of the pressure and attention off of him (I speak as an only child with a lifetime of being the sole focus of my parents).
Also, in a recent interview, Ginnifer Goodwin gushed about her “completely hypothetical, nonexistent children.” And we know she and Josh Dallas are a couple in real life. Imagine if Josh and Ginny had a baby for real! Now if only Josh would actually put a ring on Ginnifer’s finger. We all know she’d say yes! I would LOVE to see how Emma handles being a big sister and seeing what her life might have been like had she grown up with Snow and David to guide her. That could just make for some delicious writing for the Charming family.
Basically, I just want happy endings and babies for everyone. 😆

So the only way to have a happy ending is to have a baby..that sucks. 😆 😯

Didn’t say it was the only way to have a happy ending. Basically, the babies would just be a cherry on top IMO.

Thankfully, as a mid-30s bitter divorcee, I reckon anyone who knows me has accepted that the only children I’m ever gonna have are my cats. 😆
