I’m staying here on the Bridge of Optimism with Capt. Kirk, uh, Shatner. I still think it could happen. I’m believing that until proven otherwise.

As far as the “the TV reviews who basically want to sell papers so they promote CS” … *moves SF hat over, puts on reporter/editor hat.*

I have nearly 17 years in the press, albeit small/medium dailies as opposed to the big guns. (We did used to get press releases, etc., from the major networks before they cut our entertainment section down to nothing. Boo.) I can honestly say most writers get pretty stabby if told or even suggested to that they write something “to sell papers.” In all that time, I’ve written (or assigned, once I hit editorhood) stories because I thought they were good stories, never to sell anything. I won’t say it NEVER happens, but it’s not as common as people tend to believe. (Or newspapers would probably be doing better. Sigh. Oh, ethics.)

However, the two things cited a few pages ago are purely websites, as far as I can tell. They don’t really have much of a leg to stand on as far as professional journalism standards go. (I’m old school and I’m sure it’s showing! 🙂 ) They are totally gunning for clicks and little else. And think about it. I can see the thought process.

“The main character is in love with this … Baelfire? What the heck’s a “Baelfire?” And yeah, he’s good looking and MRJ is a great actor but … how many people is that going to bring in? He’s not even pursuing her, he’s giving her space? Really?”

“Ooooh, yeah, but what about a love triangle? There’s this new character! OMG, it’s Capt. Hook! I KNOW WHO THAT IS! And he’s a HOT CAPT. HOOK! Wow! That will get people looking! HOT CAPT. HOOK!”

    Ahem.

I’m sure it’s a fine distinction to make, but I needed to make it. 🙂 Carry on.

Can I just say that Rumple would never, ever, ever ship CS? Srsly.

Hook is the man who stole his wife. Hook is the man who nearly killed him. Hook is now after the woman his son loved and had a child with.

The only ship Rumple could possibly ship less is either Milah & Hook or Belle & Hook.

Actually, keb, Rumple did ship Milah And Hook. While watching crockedile a long time ago (i havent watched any ouat reruns since 315, so I consider it a long time ago) I remembeer him saying this is true love alot of times. He was so surprised that Milah was willing to risk her neck for Hook. This was so not the Milah he remembered. Before he started fuming about her leaving Bae, I almost thought he was gonna let them be

    Yep. Logic. Go figure.

@Rg and @DSB, sorry if you thought i was mocking about anyone, also  i never go to other threads, this theories were all online, on tumblr, now if they are spoken in other threads, no idea, bc outside this one i dont go to them, but already edit the post so no one can feel upset.

In another stories, @ranisha Fb group decided that Neal job in Ny was : Stock broker by day and Stripper by night and at weekends Private investigator working for the MOB.

Oh, he was. But when he started thinking about what she’d done to Bae, it turned into his own self-loathing.

But seeing that it is True Love (which he was at least partially sarcastic about) and shipping it are two different things. He was, at least for a bit, willing to let it go…

But that doesn’t mean he’s happy about it. Whereas he shipped Snowing so hard he kept interfering to make sure it happened (if only because he had purposes for their True Love). He told both Emma and Neal that they belonged together, that they clearly wanted to be together. And I think it’s safe to say he ships Rumbelle pretty hard, even if it terrifies him to be actually loved for once.

He was going to let them go because he was more concerned about Bae, but he made a mockery of their true love. He was making fun of it the whole time.

I literally LOL’d and rolled my eyes when one poster said they liked how Henry was subtlety a CS shipper when he says “maybe a place by the water”. Really? POV is one thing but that’s just freaking delusional. That was so clearly a SF shout out. He’s their son, pretty sure he ships his parents! Even if one of them is “dead”.

Yeah right would Henry with his actual memories of his dad be plotting to get Emma together with Hook. This GIF is probably more accurate to how Henry would react if he knew what his mom and Hook had been doing while she was supposed to be you know, saving his life and all:
