RG, I need your help getting into le tent of doom…
After watching 316… 315 & 316 were so intensely painful that if I am wrong, and if a&e will not make Neal’s comeback a beautiful one, if all this pain will not have been worth it…

And why did you all say that Emma was ooc not caring about Neal’s death? She was sad and angry… Her acting was really good, I mean it wasn’t half as good as Lana’s. OMG Regina looked so sad at the funeral.. why would Regina be so sad? Did she get to know Baelfire enough that he wasn’t just “this person”anymore? Or was she sad for her best friend Rumple, whatever it was, I was sad just looki.g at her…

I must enter the tent of doom. I will abandon my happy covered wagon, I will not fight for happy town, because this torture had better be worth it in the end or I would have to unwatch TWO episodes now… And 315, although I kept trying to unwatch it, has stayed with me, and haunted me for so long… Now I stupidly went and watched 316.

Regina’s son’s father JUST died and she can’t even comfort him because he doesn’t remember her, if you’re still on 316.

She’s sad for Henry’s sake, not because she cared about Neal or Rumple.

Where there is a will there is a way. There is a WAY to bring back Nealfire if they choose to but is there a WILL to do so?

To me they have the WAY they lack the WILL.

So everything  you all are saying is logical and make senses but the fact of the matter I’m stuck at does A &E want to bring back Nealfire or Baelfire? If they don’t, he would remain dead but if they do, he will live.

So we can come up with well thought out theories and connections of how to bring back Neal, but if the writers don’t want to do it, then they won’t do it.

Sorry gang my hope is still safely tucked away in a box away from A&E.

Yeah that’s the problem. It all seems like it could fit together and make perfect sense, but actually trusting that it WILL, given how we’ve been burned this season, that’s not exactly easy.

If you only watched 316 then you haven’t seen how she is beyond that.

Rewatching 314. Emma’s nursery is filled with woodwork that…looks like dreamcatchers. And the first magic she consciously did was on a dreamcatcher. Here’s hoping that whatever happens with Neal, the dreamcatcher lives on…

Agreed. This is the show that brought back how many people in strange ways? coconut in fire. split heart. water from the well (WL). So they can magically handwave Neal back to life if they wanted. But I don’t think they do. I think A and E made their choice and then rushed his death so that they could have the audience forget all about him as quickly as possible.

I like Emma and Hook a lot. I don’t think I’m a hater for disliking that concept (which may not be what we see at all, but dang the press release sure sounded like it). I’m not a Hook basher by any means–he’s among my favorite characters and almost makes up for the absence of Rumple and Belle in his centrics.

But I -do- want Neal back and I do want to see other characters as well. And I don’t want to make the CS fans feel unwelcome anywhere as a result. Not sure how best to handle my emotions on this front.

This is our thread. I ask that everyone not make it full on bashing, but if a CS come in here, they need to know what to expect. Same for any SF fan who goes to theirs. You can talk about why you don’t like CS and why you like SF and why you want Neal back here. That’s fine.

For me personally, I keep it out of the chat because I have enough drama to deal with here without adding to it. If you want to talk about it in chat, fine, but here is better for me personally.
