ParticipantThanks, Text. If I could have moved, I would have taken you up on it… going north anyways. Instead I just had an hour of in the car, nothing on the radio, not moving, sitting behind truck #5815 with Boston licence plates. It was awesome :/
I did, however, find a nifty song for EXACTLY how I am feeling right now, as I prepare to break up with this show…
All I have to say is
You don’t deserve me, you don’t deserve me
I’m finally walking away
Cause you don’t deserve me, and you’re not worthyAnd I won’t let you pull me in
‘Cause I know you’re gonna win
(The war is over) but the war is over (The war is over)
And I won’t fight you anymore
I’ve never been so sure
(The war is over) cause the war is overI used to let you paint a pretty picture
You got me caught up with your really well laid out story (snip)
^I may have modified that line 😉All I have to say is you don’t deserve me, you don’t deserve me
I’m finally walking away, cause you only hurt me
And you’re not worthyAnd I won’t let you pull me in
‘Cause I know you’re gonna win
(The war is over) but the war is over (The war is over)
And I won’t fight you anymore
I’ve never been so sure
(The war is over)This is not my surrender
I’m not running for cover
I’m right here, I know you see me
But your words no longer defeat me
In the night when you’re lonely
You remember how much you miss me
So you call, but I swear
You can try a million times you’ll get the same answer…Realizing mostly, I just feel betrayed by the story. How absurd is that, to feel betrayed by a *story*?! I’m not even mad at A&E, you gotta do what you gotta do to keep your job – whatever. But dang… it’s like somebody took my beautiful SF story and stuck the dust jacket on the wrong book.
Mostly what astonishes me is how a show can go from being so engrossing that I had to fight shipping it with everything I had, I purchased the series and required my roommates to binge watch it with me – and eventually gave into my firmly entrenched no-shipping policy – to “I can never watch this show again” in less that a dozen episodes. Ugh.

ParticipantActually? Slurp might be onto something. If Snow & Charming name the babe first – maybe Charles after Charming, I dunno – then Emma calling Hook Charles would be essentially calling him her brother, ie, not romantic.
Darn optimism! I need to drop it like a bad habit :p

Participant@DSB, I feel sad that even you are giving up hope. Your positivity always cheered me up even if I couldn’t believe in it myself.
ETA: Lol, you can’t help yourself after all I see. 😉

ParticipantNo. I am quite negative about the possibility of MO322 but I am finding that I still cannot quite wrap my brain around the show fully acquising to CS. My hope that perhaps there is a chance they will make it a clear illustration of what love is NOT is slowly returning. Insanity… I know.

ParticipantSame here. I’m firmly set in Sad Town, but at the very least I hope that they are once and for all going to be clear on what’s ok and what’s not ok to do in the game of love.

ParticipantHere’s my “wishful thinking theory” about the finale. Hook and Emma travel through the time portal thirty years to the EF of the past. While there they accidentally interfere with the time continuum and must try and make sure that Snow and Charming still meet in order to insure Emma’s existence. As tempting as it is for Emma to want to grow up in the EF and prevent Rumple from enacting his plan of finding his son, Emma then realizes that she must also ensure that she meets Baelfire in the future to ensure Henry’s existence. Something happens so that she meets him again. Hook realizes that Emma never stopped loving Baelfire and that Baelfire never wanted to walk out on Emma in the first place. Hook slips Rumple a note letting him know that Neal died in the future at the hands of Zelena. Somehow Hook punching himself changes history so that he’s not the one to travel back to the future to New York City as he did in 3×12. Meanwhile, Emma accidentally travels to Oz via a tornado where she becomes the next Wicked Witch of the West. Emma, who has often been associated with unicorns, represents innocence, born of her parents’ truest love (as is her brother). She then finds Zelena of the past reeking havoc on Oz. Emma being born a powerful sorceress finally believes in herself enough and gets her magic back. She defeats Zelena, the greatest evil that realm has ever known, once and for all. Emma uses the silver slippers to travel home to the future. Emma finds herself back in NYC and wakes up at 8:15 AM. Charley’s Girl starts to play on the radio. A half an hour later, Emma is cooking breakfast for Henry. She hears a knock at the door. She goes to answer it and finds Neal standing in front of her. The end. Roll credits.

KeymasterBut seriously now… no, just no.
First of all, Ginny said the name made her feel emotional. How does ‘Charles’ have an emotional connotation?
Second of all, no.
Third of all, why would Snowing name their kid after a guy they have never met before and helped them once (IF he helped them at all)?
And fourth of all, no.
Yes to that.
