Okay, I’m reposting this from earlier in the week because I want to say it again. No matter what happens in 2 hours I love each of you, and I love this thread, and thank you thank you thank you for helping me get through the last 6 weeks since 315. HUGS. So many HUGS!
I want to take a moment to thank all of you for just being so awesome. Just a general awesome, but especially after 315. I was just a lurker before then, just content to observe rather than to engage in the fandom seriously, but having people to connect to while we all figured out how to cope with our shared pain really changed things. As much as I wish 315 had never happened, without it I wouldn’t have made such friends who have accepted me as part of this tiny community of SFers, and who have embraced the insanity that I bring with me wherever I go in a way I never expected. Thank you for making NEALWHALE and #KillianJonah a thing, for practically turning the Conspiracy Train and #HopeForRogueBison into our motos, and pretty much just rolling and building on every crazy, stupid idea that I’ve thrown out, even ones that meant nothing at the time.
I don’t know how this season is going to end, and I don’t know how I will feel about Once Upon a Time this time next week, over the summer, or when season 4 starts. I may never want to watch it again. But all I know is I don’t want to lose what we’ve created here, or any of you. Even though if feels like I’ve fallen into the bottomless pit of the internet, I don’t regret it for a moment and I’m so thankful that I stopped lurking and you all let me in. So thank you. Whatever happens after Lunacy Junction, whether we go to Sad Town or to the Swanfire Bison Ranch, I hope we’ll still have each other.

Small blessings:
1. We will finally have some closure with this episode, even if not with the plot.
2. MRJ’s name will not be associated with this show after tonight.
3. Our ship was the first to go, allowing us the opportunity to bail before it gets worse (and it will).
4. We have enough evidence (for us) that SF was true love.
5. We won’t be anxious and antsy over the hiatus.
6. We know William Shatner will share our disappointment and likely call trolls out at some point.

The insanity that has been the last six weeks… I have acquired friends (some of my closest, dearest IRL friends even) from fanbases before but I’ve never bonded as quickly or as intensely as I have here. Most of me wishes – after nine years of not letting myself ship – that I’d held out just those two more weeks. If I had had ANY clue that I was walking into a ship that was 14 days from dead, I would have run the other way. But then there’s the part of me who found friends that I adore, with whom I sincerely hope I can maintain a bond after all of this madness is over. Where else will I find people who know what #HopeforRogueBison, NealWHALE and Sad Town mean… or who appreciation for my crazy amazing cartography skills?
I’m about to bail until after the show airs, since I am going no spoilers from the Canadian airing. I’d rather just take it as it comes instead of worrying over someone else’s interpretation. Just remember, no matter what the show tells us tonight, we all knew how to recognize a poetic love story when we saw it. Whether we miraculously get continued poetry or we remain at Blarggle, you guys are my favoritest fanbase, our tiny, insane corner of this Fairytale world. TheOnionGirl, and all others who are departing us here – thank you for your insights, your company, and your welcoming of my and my complete insanity. Those who will stay, I will see you on the flip side, where we can begin to figure out “life after 322.” Hopefully it still includes Once, but if it can’t, it needs to still include each other.
