Instead we get beans out of nowhere, plus bonus, the JR is out there, just waiting for Hook to steal it back as he did from Blackbeard, which lowers the degree of sacrifice.
Beans out of nowhere, a missing sold JR, AND knowledge that he just left his crew somewhere in order to get out of dodge. I mean..how did THAT not raise a red flag to Emma?????

Many seem more at peace for some reason, but I feel anything but at peace. Yes I expected all the bad and got all the bad, but somehow I am still gutted as though this all came out of nowhere. Perhaps I had some hope left in me that I wasn’t aware of and the pain of losing that hope is now hitting me quite hard.
This is why we’re Sad Twins, because I feel everything you feel. Sucks that we’re across and ocean from each other. Guess this much sadness in one continent is too much.

Well Hook’s loyal to Emma, so totes ok if he has no loyalty to all the men loyal to him, as we saw in SB when he gave Smee the brush off, just before demanding Ol’ Smee risk his life to save Henry on a tugboat to NY. Who cares about rat Smee, right? No one loves him so therefore, he’s free to be killed, transformed, or abused in whatever way, just like Archie really except fans like ARchie so he gets a little plot armor, just you know, not enough to give him a story again. Archie was ONCE a regular, remember that? Now he gets a cameo now and again.
Honestly, with how odd Emma has been, I’d almost prefer the writers bring Neal back and put him with Ruby. Ruby’s true love in the graphic novel was Graham. Emma kissed Graham. Emma once loved Neal. Soaptastic!? Oh gods yes, but here’s the thing, its the best of both worlds. Nothing changes that for original Neal, Emma was it, TRUE LOVE. New Neal though? For all we know, he IS Graham, in some time wimey hijinks (depending on if Jamie can film or not)–and see, what happened is Rumple originally in time iteration 1.5 hide Neal’s reincarnated self back in time and hid him with wolves but with more timey-wimey criss crosses, oh it doesn’t make sense but who cares, we get Neal as Graham and there, done.

Onyx, it’s funny, right after the episode last night I was pretty at peace. I was ready to put the SF scene in the win column; frankly we expected DO322 and a CS TLK so a DO322 with a SF scene and a CS regular ol’ kiss isn’t so bad, hey? But while I do still put the SF scene in the win column, it somehow makes it more hurtful overall… I love and adore it and am glad to tuck it into the Tallahassee mythology, but it seems extra cruel to remind us of that which we’ll never have again. I would have LOVED it as a bonus DVD feature, you know, but no – tucked right into that episode, “Here’s what you had, aren’t they darling – do you see how he respects, teaches and guides her? Well, she wants him to stay dead, and here’s the pirate who stole his mom, they’re gonna go make out now. Thanks for watching!”
FFS, for a show that I think really thinks it’s doing the right thing by its fans, it sure screws it up royally. It’s almost getting worse as the day goes on; every time I come to the thread and there are new new posts I just keep being reminded… there won’t be. What we say now are final rehashes of what we’ve said; all that there is to say of the story has been said and all that there will be to digest has been given to us. Despite resigning myself to DO322 in the last days, it still hurts unbelievably much. As always, it goes back to that conversation between Emma and Mary Margaret about false hope being the worst of all. And the show DID give it to us – Zelena promising Bae still existed somewhere in time, that it wasn’t idle cruelty, as the show turned back the clock. Ah, but it WAS idle cruelty, at least to the small posse of us who cared, because they had the way – a million ways – to bring him back and very intentionally refused to. He is dead because they wanted him dead, Emma wanted him to stay dead, and Rumple inexplicably decided to listen. It’s such a betrayal to the core mythology of Once, but it is what it is, and we clearly have a new show now. Nothing to be done about it, you know? *shrugs*
Cause this story needs some mending & a better happy ending...

Exactly, I can at the very least count on you to know precisely what my feelings are. Stupid oceans. Time zones are definitely our enemy.
Just read the latest interview btw and I swear if A or E say ‘we’d be very disappointed if’ ONE more time I’m going to scream.

They had an entire time travel episode in which Emma saves the life of an innocent woman because she just couldn’t die because SO INNOCENT (despite the fact that she was supposed to die) and then in which Emma full on shows that her concept of home is NEAL but then turns around and is like “nope. Neal must stay dead. No saving Neal”
BTW: I TOTES LOVED HIM AND WANTED HIM TO BE SAVED BUT NOPE. NO SAVING NEALFIRE. JUST NOPE. YOU JUST DON’T EVEN TRY, O DARK ONE. BUT I TOTES LOVED HIM AND WISHED WE COULD SAVE HIM. See that’s the thing, it was that bad. For me anyway. Seeing it, with my own eyes, happening on the screen was just the final nail in the coffin so to speak. Kicked when I was down you know. Well, you get the idea I think. I don’t know, maybe I’m just being a sensitive drama queen here.

Watching the episode, I’m at the Neal flashback, I don’t think I can go farther.
It makes me cry, I’m crying, I must be stupid, this is a TV show but I’m crying.
Sorry RG for having being swearing, sorry all of you guys for “unlurking and going back to the shadow” etc. But seriously, I can’t even understand why this show makes me cry so much. And it does, it’s stupid and not rational but this show makes me cry. Since Neal died. It’s aweful. I first watched this show, because yeah happy endings! , and I’ll be honnest, I was at a point where ONCE was my confort, stupid, but something I ‘d love to see, yes “happy endings”, ONCE gave me faith somehow, that’s stupid and i4M sorry, sorry crying?
So what’s th”e message? no matter how hard you try, you’ll geo screwed up? so don’t bother trying. This show is aweful, seriously. God I’m sorry i’m all in tears. I hate this show.

Need I add anything to that? No. This says it all. And it confounds me that A&E aren’t seeing this. Or if they are, they’re ignoring it.
