Haha! Henry’s secret mission in the second part of S3 will be called “Operation Parent Trap”. Let’s not forget Henry’s dream would be for him, Emma and Neal to all get a castle to live in together in the EF. I suppose he’d spend every other weekend at Regina and Robin Hood’s neighboring castle and would then go fishing on Uncle Killian’s boat whenever he sailed into town.

I just got finished watching Chicago Fire tonight and I have to say something that I know you guys will appreciate here….

They just know how to promote all the right things for their shows this year and CF was no exception tonight (guys it was so awesome…I just got done crying, LOL). Next to OUAT, Chicago Fire is one of my favorites and they always seem to promote it very well without any agendas or false information. How hard can that really be??! GET WITH IT ABC.    /end rant 🙁

Anyway, I’ve been reading all the things you guys have written here since I left work early and headed to the doctor (ten days of antibiotics thanks to an infected bug bite on my neck and I should be as good as new) and I LOVE THEM ALL. I just think about Neal’s life to this point and I start getting teary which I actually did at work earlier today (oops…good thing no one was around me then!). He’s had it so hard and it’s in some ways worse than Emma’s life. He wasn’t abandoned by random families who didn’t want him…he was abandoned by FAMILY. His mother left, his father chose magic and power over him, Hook gave him away to the Lost Boys and PP, and now he’s going to find out about the Darling family being prisoners of PP for a very long time….dude has been left by people he KNEW and ones he thought loved him. That has to leave huge scars on a person and I just want to give him a big bear hug all the time. Things have to start looking up for him soon or I may lose my mind. I refuse to believe that a show about hope and love would let a wonderful guy like Neal be alone forever or end up with anyone else but the one woman who loved him when he had absolutely nothing to offer her except the hope that they could find a home together. That would be so adorable! It would also be especially cute if Henry were to babysit Snowing’s new kid, his little uncle or aunt, who would be about 12 years younger than him. And then he’d have to start a babysitting business once Grumple and Belle settled down and had a bunch of kids.

I’m really looking forward to Emma discovering all these additional things about Neal’s life. She loved him before, felt connected to him before, and now she’s gonna learn about all the trials he’s been through, and how he was alone like she was, and she’ll have a new understanding of exactly what she’d meant to him, and what family means to him, and why he had to let her go to find her own family. I can only imagine that learning these things will give her a whole new understanding of and respect for the person he is, and how strong his heart and spirit are, and she’ll fall in love with him all over again.

Oh and isn’t 309 Save Henry right after Thanksgiving!  I can’t wait for the big family reunion feels right after Thanksgiving.  It’ll be so great!!!

Exactly, there is a lot of dismantling of misconceptions to be done. Yet, the connection that Emma and Neal share is undeniable and doesn’t have to be forced. I thought it was interesting that as hard as Hook has been trying to “bond” with Emma over the loss of Neal and loss of hope etc….Even if Neal being alive frightens Emma because of dealing with feelings, Neal’s return also signals a return of hope to Emma. If it’s possible for Neal to still be alive, then maybe it’s possible for her and Neal to save their son together. Neal is the one who will get them home. As Neal said, she doesn’t need the sword Hook gave her, because now Emma has Neal. 😀

The title for 311 has one of our fave words in it: “Going Home“. Not that I’ve necessarily been expecting there to be any serious SF romantic relationship development so soon, but maybe we’ll get a little step in the right direction in this ep? I’ve suddenly decided that he needs to give her the keychain back in 311, because if we have to endure the three month hiatus with that thing still not back in play, it will be torture.
