I agree. I enjoyed the Snow scenes, but I definitely would have cut something else to include this. I am glad we at least get to see it–and now, too, rather than waiting till next summer. But your anger is fully justified.

Well, even if it’s second hand, it still is in keeping with what RC himself said in an interview at CC this summer. He said he thought it was a real shame to see MRJ leave the show. I think RC knows that Bae was the heart and motivator for Rumple–even more so than Belle. And RC has also said in interviews he didn’t necessarily even see Rumple settling down with Belle, and that if they ever did marry, it would be final season stuff.

And RC has also said in interviews he didn’t necessarily even want Rumple to settle down with Belle, and that if they ever did, it would be final season stuff.
Not to mention just how “off” Bobby has seemed lately. I think he’s 1000% done with this show.

They read negative feedback on the baby name and decide to put a stupid comment about it in the show, but they don’t read constructive criticism that says people would like to see the characters talk and bond more. I mean how is it possible to get it wrong yet again? I just don’t understand it, Surely they must’ve read the comments about that other Henry scene that got cut.
Within the scene itself though, it does feel incredibly odd to see grandfather and grandson talk without either of them mentioning Neal. It has an artificial feeling to it. It’s not natural progress of conversation to talk about Henry’s family, without also mentioning the good traits his father had.

I was waiting for a mention of him also forgetting his dad, but nope, of course not. It’s insulting that Neal didn’t get a mention, and also insulting to Henry that they don’t feel like this character building scene warranted inclusion.
