And I admit that the only reason I know there was an animal called a platypus grown up was because it was on Mr. Rogers in the Neighborhood of Make Believe. 😆

There was a Platypus in Spy Fox.

I want to say that I first knew about platypuses/platypi/platypeople through knowing about echnidnae (like Knuckles), because both are monotremes.
