Seriously! I wish I’d known what the writers’ idea of a “happy ending” was before I invested so many years of watching the show. I never would’ve gotten involved in the first place. A show that promised to bring back the happy endings in the pilot episode wasn’t supposed to make us this unhappy. Something went horribly awry after S3a.

Adam knows what Neal she is mentioning, he can be trolling the fan, true, but the thing is, they wante to tease Neal, to make sure his fans would think that Rumple would bring him back, would be like season 3 after 315 with the time travel and then doing nothing, of course they didnt count with MRJ finding a new show so soon, and that messes with their plans, bc people now know that he wont be back, so all the possible trolling was for nothing, but since they can still edit the epis, for sure they can erase that trolling.
Im saying this, bc im thinking with more clarity bc MRJ has a new project, so it kind makes me free.

So is this quest to find the author and encountering Lily just a rehash of finding Bae? Because it seems that way to me. Emma chaperones a magical person outside of town lines in search of someone. Oooh, we’ve NEVER heard that before. I can just see an exact parallel of Manhattan:

[Emma spies a figure running away and she takes off after it immediately, tackling it to the ground.]

So the Swanfire dynamic is now taken over by Lily, a person from Emma’s past who betrays her with her true identity. Soooo original. Just like the love triangle/horror/how-to-destroy-a-fandom storyline they’re doing with Ana/Will/Belle/Rumple.
In one of the other threads someone theorizes she’s either 1) a magical person and/or 2) daughter of the author. Sneaky fairy anyone? (Sorry, I still can’t give up evil puppetmaster Blue Fairy.)

@Josephine – Yes, Emma and Regina’s quest to find the author feels like a total rehash of Manhattan and #FindBae. And yes, #ForeverTeamSneakyFairy. @WR suggested Lily is Blue Fairy’s daughter. It wouldn’t surprise in the least, since I’ve always thought Blue Fairy might be the author and that she sent Bae to A Land Without Magic for selfish reasons. Maybe BF set in motion all the events of S1 to find her daughter Lily?

@Slurpeez , yet another rehash of a storyline. If, and a big if, Lily would be her daughter and she did all this to find her she could rationalize it that Rumple is an evil and so what if he’s separated from his child when she, who is goodness-and-light doesn’t have hers.
And the evidence against the BF stacks up:
-Shows up to Morraine and plants the seed in Bae’s mind
-Has one magic bean left tSo give to the Dark One and his child
-Lies about the tree
-De-ages August just as he’s about to talk and wipes his memories
-Nasty to Tink
-Mysteriously has the black fairy’s wandIt just seems there are no original ideas. Just a redo of old ones. Even Baelfire’s reuniting with his father being hijacked (if any of this would come to pass) by another character.
