Yup really active especially when you guys scared everyone away with the toxic atmosphere you provided. Sure you made this your safe haven because you scared off anybody else with an opinion that opposes yours.

Only our honest opinions were voiced in the SwanFire Thread, concerning not only CS but the show as a whole in general! Not to mention, there was a clear rule set years ago, in the very beginning of this forum, that if you shipped a certain ship, then it’s in your best interest to stay out of any opposing ships threads, as they clearly would not share the same feelings for whatever particular ship! That being said, we cannot help if other people ventured outside of their territory, saw their beloved ship being viewed in a negative light, and decided to throw hissy fits. Do we miss some of our former Forum Members, of course we do because at the end of the day, we were a Oncer Family before ships tore the community apart! We will always respect their wishes if they choose to leave due to a difference of opinions, it’ll make our love for them no more, and no less. And should they ever choose to return, we’ll welcome them back with open arms.

Swan Queen is not a crack ship. A crack ship is like two characters that have never met or barely interact at all and Swan Queen is not that. There are a lot of reasons that i think Swan Queen was never hinted at, Regina tried to murder Emma, for example, but since then Hook has done all the same things to Emma that Regina has done. Pretty much if Emma could date Hook, she could date Regina. The first two seasons there was no hint of Regina or Hook being a love interest for Emma, in my opinion, Hook was only made a love interest during Season 3 and his character is no better then Regina. Regina actually treats Emma much better now then Hook does.
Of course, Emma and Baelfire, the canon true love relationship, parents of Henry, was the intended relationship since the pilot and that changed because the writers, abc execs, producers, thought Hook was attractive, so they jumped the shark, created a love triangle because they thought it would bring in viewers, then decided to kill Neal so that Emma could be with Hook in Season 3.

Every ship here has their own thread. Nobody forced anyone away. If the CS shippers felt this environment was “toxic” all because others had differing viewpoints, that is their issue. They had their thread to talk about whatever they pleased and we didn’t disturb them. If they chose to find other CS friendly sites, more power to them.
My only advice to you is that if you aren’t a SF shipper (and this might be a little crazy, but bare with me here) that maybe you shouldn’t be in a swanfire thread? Have…have you tried that?

Almost everywhere else online is toxic to SF fans. Usually, SF fans aren’t the ones causing trouble either, and SF fans have been largely driven away from almost every other social media outlet or online fan forum. We mostly keep to this thread and it’s not like we go into the CS appreciation thread to stir up trouble. We constantly get told by certain fans to be quiet because their fave couple is now canon, and we get told time and again that Neal is the worst character ever — even though he never killed anyone (unlike actual villains of the show). This is the one place where we can actually be civil when we disagree while almost everywhere else on the Internet is the Wild West. (Just look at Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, and the comments sections of Youtube and other media outlets to see who is usually guilty of being toxic to whom). Just because we don’t praise the pirate all the time doesn’t mean we’re not also fans, and we aren’t the only ones who’re dissatisfied with the way the show has unfolded either. General fans are unhappy too, as are fans of several other characters who feel like the show took a turn for the worst in season three and never really recovered.

The Ferris wheel at the title card made me do a double take. But by the time we got to Pleasure Island all I could think was, “how are children from a medieval time period not freaking out over lightbulbs?”
