Repeating an assertion in support of itself is circular reasoning. It’s fine to say “I prefer doing a thing a particular way”, but that’s as far as you can take it without evidence.

On an unrelated note, every time I post to this thread, it drops me back to page 3 (while the current page number is 2,576). It’s not a problem — nothing is lost — just unusual. Maybe the forum software doesn’t handle high page counts properly.

That’s normal. Once a thread hits over a certain amount it stops taking you to page 1.
