She gets an emotional goodbye with Hook and basically nothing with Neal. It just seemed like such bad writing and unrealistic. I didn’t really like this episode and not sure if I like the direction it is heading in. Why Hook 🙁 damnit At least the kiss never worked. She was listening to the same song that we were introduced to Neal with *sobs* So what does cursed Emma think happened to Neal? hmm

They had chemistry! There was like 0 TinkerFire scenes, now that was very platonic, a pat on the shoulder as congrats

I’m getting sick all ready of the CS parallels and the episode has only been over for a half hour. I find it bad writing, too. I just don’t see chemistry between them. CaptainFairy actually had it coming out the wazoo…even if you don’t ship it, it was strong. But I just don’t get that spark with Emma and Hook and I’m glad I have you guys because sometimes I wonder what I’m missing that the rest of fandom sees.
I’m just getting this niggling feeling that Neal and Snowing sent Hook there. I don’t know why or how, but I get that feeling.
At least we got a hug at the end. *so full of emotion*

BTW-Just to give you guys something to chew on while I wait to watch my recording, in the fifteen minutes that I saw tonight, I’ve got one thing in my mind and it will not be leaving anytime soon. he ONE PERSON, the ONLY PERSON, in FT land right now that Emma will know right off the bat is Neal. He’s still Henry’s father and their past history is still her history too, and even if she doesn’t remember the SB stuff right now, there is NO DOUBT in my mind that this was done on purpose. CS can have all the fun they want right now because what I saw in those fifteen minutes was them setting up one heck of a SwanFire reunion at the end of season three. BELIEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😀 <3
#MoreBOOMLessGloomI just realized that with Emma having false memories it means she doesn’t remember 1) meeting Neal again in 2×14 so she should still have the swan pendant 2) she probably still thinks Neal left her for no good reason but 3) Emma is living NYC and the theme song that played at the end of 3×11 is the same that played in 2×1 when we first met Neal. Does that mean that Emma is making the choices similar to what Neal made prior to “Manhattan”?! What does this mean? What will happen when Emma and Neal meet again?

But if Neal has the Swan Pendant too then can the two swan pendants be a trigger to get her memories back? Like two cannt exist together so it triggers her memories?

THIS, SO MUCH! It was pretty much a direct copy of the belief that Belle had for a future with Rumple. So, yeah, whatever may come in the meantime, I’d bet ALL the cookies that we’re gonna get a Rumbelle-esque reunion for SF at some point.
