Favorite moment from 3.7- Emma excited to retrieve Neal’s star map. Emma a little bit more upbeat then usual and we saw her revert from lost girl to I’m a mom. I like that Neal apologize to Emma for his part in the lighter incident. And the “Now let’s go get our son.”
Favorite moment from 3.8- Neal, Emma, and Regina working together to save Henry. Neal making sure his dad healed/save Charming because its the right thing to do!

"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"It is sad to think about Emma being reset to thinking of Neal as just a bad guy when this season did so much to put him in a more positive light in her eyes. He showed his dedication, loyalty, resourcefulness and bravery. He proved tougher and luckier than she ever dreamed with surviving that bullet wound and crossing worlds. He showed more patience and understanding when she confessed her secret unhappiness and fears about trying to integrate him back into her life after thinking she had to move on as he was dead. He demonstrated he can calm her down and admit his faults, and most of all that he can forgive those in general who hurt him (like his father, Hook and Regina and the Lost Boys). He’s not the kind of guy who lets anger and jealousy rule him or drive him to hurt others, but he will stand up to defend his family. He inspires others to help him, as she saw with Wendy and Tink’s reactions to him. He might hide his emotions or downplay them at times but Emma could see through that.
She doesn’t even get time to really think about it or tell him she was going to meet him. That she didn’t show up not because she wants to move on but because she wasn’t sure she could take a day off.

If it takes longer with her memories then expected. He gets a chance to Woo her without any of his past actions coming into play Where as Neal has been set back to square one, he is once again the bad man who ‘set her’ up for jail. Now of course once her memories return she will remember the truth but still be influence by the lie of the curse. Of course there is the issue that Neal may be hurt, so who knows where the writers may go with this period. And the memory thing might be over in two episodes

I really hope the memory thing is over after 312.
I wonder if Emma will be even more walls up after the memory thing ends. By the time it’s over, she has been living her dream life for a year–no monsters, no dragons, no magic. Just her and Henry. And then suddenly she’s called back to face a crisis and has to be the savior again.

I LOVED how he got up and moved behind them like that. Such a small gesture, but it was so significant. If this eclipse spell was gonna throw her back like the barrier spell did, he was gonna be there to catch her, because he’s got her back.

It’s seriously sad, but I’m interested to see how it will impact her when she remembers, which I’m guessing will be by the end of 312 because I can’t see them dragging out amnesiac Emma and Henry for longer than that. We don’t know how her new memories of having kept Henry could influence how she feels about Neal in her amnesiac state. I’d think that a big part of her would still be angry at him, but at the same time, maybe there’s a different type of sadness as well, because she’s had moments where she’s wished that all three of them could have been together. If so, then when she remembers, and realises that all three of them CAN be together after all, that might be something that helps in their reconciliation.

Jealous because I love Boston! Last time I was there it was supposed to be spring, but it was freezing. 😆
Phee, you don’t realize that spring in the Northeast is still winter :P. Major snowstorms can still happen and often do.
I should post more in this thread. I haven’t been posting much at all.
I’ve been getting the feeling that CS fans fandom wide now believe that Neal is totally out of the picture for Emma. And in a way I’m okay with that. The underdog is always the one to root for. We all know that they’re going to play out CS and were hoping that if it has to happen that it go first so she can be eventually reunited with Neal, but it hurts my heart to hear people talk about what a horrible person Neal is. I try to bite my tongue. It’s getting so bad that I’ve even quite posting as much on Tumblr. All I see even on the Rumbelle thread is CS stuff. I don’t know why they insist on tagging it “Rumbelle”. That was my little haven to induldge in Rumbelle glory but even that is getting poisoned for me.
Maybe it’s just the coldness that’s getting me down. If I survive this week coming up I promise to post more.
