Phoenix to NYC. She thinks she and Henry have been together the entire time and so I think Emma got out of jail and instantly thinks she set up a life for herself. The ONE stipulation to this is that she may think that she did go to Tallahassee for 2 years with Baby Henry before going to NYC

My head canon for the going home scenes with Henry and Emma in the bug are that Regina put memories in their head that they went away for a long weekend to New England and were just returning home so they would have gone straight through to NYC if that’s the case. I can’t see them going somewhere in between because curse stuff doesn’t seem to be that complicated when it sets up new lives for people. I guess this new curse gave her the apartment and things inside it just like it did for the Storybrooke people? I’m not really sure about that one but maybe the next episode will answer a few of those questions for us.
I LOVE the music post! Music is such a big deal on this show and it wouldn’t surprise me if they’ve been intentionally using that one “True Love” melody and variations of it for all of the SwanFire family scenes. That’s haunting music and yet it’s so beautiful too. And I love that SwanFire has their own song too! 😀

Yeah….I hope that leave her 2-year stint in Tallahassee in tact. I have a question for my fellow SF fans. Did Adam tweet that Neal went looking for Emma after “Tallahassee” but then stopped for some reason? I read that somewhere, but don’t recall if it’s true or not.

I have a vague memory of that as well. But I can’t provide evidence….

I think I read that somewhere too. Hopefully it means we get a Nealfire centric episode in S3B where we find out exactly what he did right after leaving Emma and why he stopped looking for her. I still feel like there’s a story there that we haven’t been filled in on yet so I’m anxious to see that happen on screen. I also really want people to stop saying that Neal sent Emma to jail when we know for a fact, but haven’t seen it yet, that he did NOT send her to jail (per Adam’s comments). I don’t want Emma to lose those original memories either but in their defense, she actually hasn’t lost those memories at all….they’re just suppressed by the new ones Regina planted so Tallahassee will still be important for her whenever she gets her memory back.

Neal began s3 not knowing what to call Emma but realized he loved her. Emma started the season thinking she’d lost her love. My hope is that by the end of S3, he’ll be able to call her his True Love to her face followed by giving her back the swan pendant. And this time, she’ll get to keep both Neal and the pendant. 🙂
