I believe Emma was wearing the swan pendant in the pilot or 1×2. If you mean when does she start wearing it as a necklace, I think the answer is after August mails it to her in jail. We don’t get to see her put it on. She just holds it up in the same scene we see the positive pregnancy test, which is 2×6.
Yeah I think she’s wearing it from the start. It has always been part of Emma.

The Swan pendant made its debut in 1×4 The Price Of Gold during her walk with Henry when they were discussing what to call her and coining the term Operation Cobra. You can see just under her red blouse by the end of the episode under better lighting.

is it ok for me to really dislike A and E right now? They didn’t have to give that spoiler away. They really didn’t. It’s like they have no concept of what was happening in the fandom but they went in and threw gasoline on an inferno. Every pic, every tweet…everything super analyzed. This sucks so hard.
