he’s a survivor
even as a child he learned how to adapt to new environments and fend for himself regardless of the world or time period
he repeatedly gives up his life and/or happiness for the people he loves
he gives people second chances no matter how much they’ve hurt him and he’s been hurt so many times but he still believes that people are good and that if he let’s someone into his life they won’t hurt him even though that’s all he’s ever known
he says he’s sorry when he’s wrong or when he makes a mistake
he learns from his mistakes and regrets and tries to change
he always tries to do the right thing and help people and doesn’t expect anything in return
even when he’s wrong his actions almost always stem from wanting to do the right thing
he’s a great daddy who loves his son and would do anything for him including die or go back to the two places he never wanted to see again
everyone who knows him knows he’s got their back
he’s braver than I could ever hope to be
and he jumps into every situation like yEAH I can do this I’m just a kid but I can fight in a war hey dad let’s jump in a portal never mind guess I’m alone but I can raise myself on the streets oh hi henry I can be a dad I can fight an evil queen hey look another portal and a shadow and a giant squid I know what to do with that thing I’ll paralyze the greatest evil I’ve ever met whatevs my coconut is magical let’s make this pirate ship fly I’ll get everyone home BOOM
except without the boom part because he never makes a big deal out of anything he does he just kinda does it because it’s the right thing or to help the people he cares about
and finally he’s an adorable puppy like have you seen this face
