I wonder if the funeral in 3×16 is going to be Little John’s, a relatively minor character. Based on the newest promo for S3b, Little John can be seen being picked up by a flying monkey. Next, there is a big man on a stretcher, who matches LJ’s stature (much larger than Neal’s). We also know based on the first promo that Robin Hood is in the ER, too, and is obviously distressed. At first, a lot of people were speculating it was RH’s son, but now we know for sure it’s a grown man who seems to be big. It would make a lot of sense for RH to be distraught by the hospitalization of his good friend, LJ.
Next, Ginny Goodwin posted this picture of Sean Maguire, dressed as Robin Hood, and it could be after the funeral scene of his friend Little John. I think the Charmings & Co. would’ve attended the service out of respect Ā for Robin Hood, but they wouldn’t be nearly as distraught as he would. In all the other BTS images from 3×16 and 3×17, the Charmings look remarkably composed after the supposed death of Neal. That is why I Ā think if there is a death in 3×16 (as it seems there would be) that it’s the death of a minor character like Little John, and not a main character like Neal. I just don’t think a main character would be killed off like that without a proper send-off or in an episode that isn’t based around him. I think we’re going to see Neal, just in front of a green screen and then he’ll reappear in 3×19 in a prominent way.

well I have to admit the only thing Promo 2 get me excited for was flying monkeys. I am interested and curious but I am not excited and squealing with glee.
