I thought that was just a really good reminder. Sometime I think it’s easy for us to forget truth because we are so bombarded with others’ interpretations of the kiss. Okay ladies and gents (I know you out there boys. Looking at Neal Enchanted Forest scarf and I swear it has Emma’s floral tattoo imprinted in gold on his scarf.
Okay this is the vibe I’m getting, like in season 3A we are seeing another journey being parallel between Emma and Neal. Once again separated, Once again needing to be reunited. Like in Season 3A Emma and Henry thought Neal was dead and he was fighting his way back at them. Season 3B they don’t remember him and he is fighting his way back to them. I starting to see more of Neal story arch shining which get his second chance with his family. Neal allowed his fear of rejection to stop him before and he is now paying the price of it. His second chance isn’t just going to fall in his lap. He is going to work hard at and fate is going through ever obstacle it can think of to sway him from this. Neal must not give up hope. He is going to have to earn his second chance. And thus far I think he is doing a pretty good job at it. BOOM

"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"I recently got caught up on “Covert Affairs” (of which Christopher Gorham is a series regular), and I made note of something Annie Walker, the female lead, said.
“Only a fool confuses fate with destiny. Fate is what happens to us, destiny is what we make in spite of our fate.”
I really like this quote, and if you think about it, fate and destiny have been brought up a LOT in reference to both Neal and Emma. Fate seems to have brought them together, and Emma was destined to become the savior. Yet, Emma thinks, fallaciously, that she’s somehow doomed never to have her own happy ending, which she thinks is the price of being the savior. Yet, this fatalistic outlook doesn’t take into account freedom of choice. Neal used to think this way, too, like he could never get another shot with Emma because fate had intervened. Now Neal realizes that it was his own fear, not fate, which was preventing him from realizing his dream of getting a second chance. Likewise, I see Emma being crippled by fear of abandonment, fear that something bad is always going to be looming around the corner. Yet, in 3×6, Snow White told Emma that she ought to have hope that Neal could still be alive, because happy endings always start with hope
Now we hear from spoilers that in 3×12, it’s Neal who refuses to give up hope of being reunited with Emma and Henry, even though Charming and Snow seem to believe now they’ll never see their only child and grandchild ever again. It’s as if Neal has become the new Snow figure, representing hope and inspiring Snow and Charming again to believe they might just one day be reunited with Emma and Henry. Snow and Charming may not immediately see things from Neal’s perspective, but something tells me he is going to convince them otherwise. I agree with Ranisha that S3b is going to be about Neal earning his second chance with Henry and Emma. Neal has hope, and happy endings always start that way. 🙂
