This is a totally shippy thought. Many of us have noticed that Emma has been wearing a lot of plaid in S3b. Well, the last time Emma wore that much plaid was back in the “Tallahassee” flashbacks.
Also, remember in “Manhattan” Emma wore a black and white stripped dress that looked very similar to the one she wore in “Tallahassee” flashbacks.
We know by 3×19, Emma is wearing a jean jacket and sporting two necklaces (most like the swan pendant).
When was the last time we saw Emma in a jean jacket? It was in the “Tallahassee” flashbacks!
Conclusion? *Believe a Lost Girl Can Find Her Way Home*

And of course she is wearing the plaid pants when she is going to NEAL’S apartment. And if I remember right, she’s wearing a black sweater and a red coat–which is a reversal of her Manhattan outfit (black coat, red scarf, black and white stripped shirt).
In other words, she is subconsciously representing her time with Neal, even after Manhattan, which she no longer remembers. But like the nervous tick Mick found, and the “perhaps you loved another man in the life you lost” line she feels that something is just outside of her knowledge. Lurking around the corner she can feel that something is off–that she loves Neal and always has

Emma looks so heartbroken to have been awoken from her dream of a home-life with her son. She seems upset that Hook came and started “poking holes” in that life. That is the very opposite of Snow White being awoken from her slumber to find her dream fairytale. Emma doesn’t want to be “the savior” since all she wants is to be Henry’s mother. What Emma wants is a home, and that home is in Manhattan…Neal’s home city. Also, the expression on Hook’s face conveys that is not what he wanted to hear. He’d expected Emma instead to express gratitude and excitement over his arrival and instead hears that her memory restoration is unwanted. He’d been hoping TLK would work, but he resorted to the potion instead. This didn’t as he’d wanted.

Yes! I’ve seen quite a few comparisons to Charming waking up Snow in the Pilot, but there is a major difference: Snow in the coffin wasn’t her happy ending. Emma being a mother with her son? that’s her happy ending–at least the start of one. Hook found her, but in the end, she didn’t want to be found.
