Im in a blah movie. It just seem so hard for a Nealfire and swanfire fan out there.

    Today is a hard day.

I’m pretty much avoiding the filming crap cause from what I did hear….*sigh* I’m so tired of being beaten around.

    The SwanFire story:

The daughter of true love, the son of darkness, who come together and have a child with the heart of the truest believer; a child who is capable of healing the breech between a waring family and divided lands.

It’s poetry. It’s the stuff of myth and fairy tales and magic.

I’m just gonna stay here until after 8pm on Sunday.

I’m going to ignore the drama this GIF set caused and just focus on the brave kind boy who became a courageous and loving man.

“Don’t let him grow up like we did…”

    I can’t today.

    I second Ranisha’s blah.

I wouldn’t worry about set reports and what they may or may not say. We know they were shooting 1 or 2 scenes last night, that’s 1 or 2 scenes out of the entire ep, and we don’t know when in the ep those scenes happen. No point stressing over anything.

It just feels like it’s coming from all sides. And I’ve seen posts on Tumblr about how they can’t wait for Neal to die on Sunday and prove that CS is endgame and I’m just sitting here going, “why would you want to rob a 13 yr old his father? Why is this a thing we’re rooting for? Screw shipping. What is wrong with this world.

I know exactly how you feel RG I’ve seen it all over IMDb, Twitter & Tumblr about how the CS Fans say they can’t wait to laugh at the SF Fans when Neal dies and how Hook will be a better father to Henry then Neal. Personally shipping aside Neal is my favorite out of all the characters on Once he is the one that I feel has suffered the most just like Emma has and to rob Rumple, Emma, Henry their Happy Ending with Neal just seem wrong on so many levels. I hope they are proven wrong and that Neal gets his happy ending with Rumple, Emma and Henry. Because Neal/Emma and Henry’s story is a modern day fairy tale about Believing in Hope, Redemption, Second Chances, True Love and Happy Endings and that is what makes a Fairy Tale not a villain who has done terrible things and shows no remorse for what he has done to others, steals the good guys happy ending.

    GUYS.

A&E have a story to tell. A story they set out from the beginning… one that has pieces dropped in the Pilot, 1.5 seasons before it really began play out on screen. They have a plan, they have foresight, there is a predetermined arc here. They have put an immense amount of planning into telling this story, they’re not just going to cut it off at the knees.

Remember how they were displeased people figured out Neal = Baelfire (arguably one of the story’s biggest surprises?) Don’t you think they have learned from that – perhaps it behooves them to issue some misdirection towards their overly active fanbase?

They put the spoiler of doom out there… a move that, if I understand correctly, is rather out of character. They knew it would work the fans into a tizzy. Furthermore, they know who the fans believe it to be!! It is most advantageous for them to capitalize on that… for the die-hards to go, “Aha, we know exactly what’s going to happen,” only to serve them up something that is nothing like what they expected. Which creates more buzz – “Yep, that went down just as I though,” or fans going to work on Monday and going, “OMG, did you see Once last night?! I totally didn’t see that coming!”

What we see from outside the show is fully intended to create buzz for the show itself, to get fans to tune in. A&E know they are working with a very devoted, introspective fan base who thinks they can suss everything out. Something tells me everything that is being done at present is being done to prove the fanbase wrong… JMO. I won’t panic until I see it on my screen.

(Yeah. The rose-colored googles are attached with superglue.)

Cause this story needs some mending & a better happy ending...
