I find it amusing that she has chains on the wall.
The chains thing is very odd, considering when you look at the apartment as a whole. Chains really don’t fit.
The big question this raises for me is dd the curse provide this apartment? Did it appear out of thin air for Emma and Henry? Was someone else living there before? Was it vaccant and then furnished once Emma/Henry crossed the line? So the Curse gave Emma: a house (with furniture), a bank account with money, job?

JMO confirmed that Emma does–but she has been away for a year. Was she working for a company before? How did she explain her absence? Did the curse take care of that?
And what about friends? Wouldn’t Cursed!Emma think it strange that she has no friends, no acquiescence, who say that they’ve only known her for a year?
I’m probably asking questions that I’m supposed to suspend for, but when I really sit and think about this curse I am confused with how much it provided Emma and Henry.
