Olivia popping back up, Malcolm taking down the Mean Bird, yes! Though I’m sad Olivia and Lola are gone, but I’m happy that the two of them will finally be happy together!
Now…onto this baby daddy business! LUSCIOUS!!!!! I was proud of you because you shocked me when you were willing to take the bullet for Jamal, but when you said you were the real father…I just…I still can’t right now!
Andre and Rhonda…I ship these two so freaking hard despite their obvious craziness…but I couldn’t help but ROFL when Andre thought him and JHud was about to get it on, but it ended up being prayer! Still cracking up at that!
Bravo for Rhonda for finally standing up for herself to Luscious!!! And for sticking with Andre even through all of his family dysfunction and his occasional snapping moments…she’s probably the only one who really knows how to deal with him!
These two may not end up back together by the Season 1 Finale, but maybe around the Season 2? I still ship #Lookie a little! XD

For the most part, at least. The misdiagnosis was a little like, “Really?” Same thing with Rhonda’s pregnancy. But I thoight everything else came together nicely.
• My favorite scene during the two hours was definitely Terrence Howard and Jussie Smolett’s “Nothing to Lose.” Jamal has been the most sympathetic character to me because of his relationship with Lucious. My dad and I have had a terrible relationship because of the fact that he doesn’t take responsibility for his actions. So to see these two characters go at each other for the same reason (minus the sexuality part, though it was great to see Lucious finally accept his son), was great for me. Plus, I liked their rendition of it better than Jamal’s solo.
• Cookie is great! I thought it was a little OOC for her to want to kill Lucious, but I liked her none the rest. Plus, the catfight with Anika was hilariously well-done.
• I wonder who the informant for Bunkie’s death is. Maybe the homeless guy?
Also, I might’ve missed this (watching your siblings while watching this is a very hard task): if the hostile takeover succeeded, would that hurt Jamal and remove him from power besides Lucious? Or was this just to remove Lucious?
Can’t wait for Season 2!
