I wonder what the key is for at the top of the page? What if Anna unlocked the Snow Queen from captivity and then Elsa tried to capture her only to be placed inside the urn by Rumple. Or she made a deal with Rumple.
It was noted on tumblr that the key is an apple key. The image is too dark to tell but it kind of looks like an apple at the top.

It’s one of Regina’s skeleton keys. Guess they have a prop of it in the office.

They’ve done this before. They’ll put the key in plain sight but it doesn’t mean anything for the plot of the episode. There was an almost identical key for 305, Good Form.

I definitely think this is Elizabeth Mitchell’s Snow Queen, and probably the episode as to how Elsa got locked up in the urn in first place.
