“The Evil Queen” – With the aid of Hook, Regina attempts to put a plan in motion that will help transport herself and Henry back to Fairytale land. But her plan revolves around a fail-safe that was planted within the curse, which if triggered could wipe Storybrooke off the map – and kill all of its inhabitants; and Emma’s suspicions about Tamara grow. Meanwhile, in the fairytale land that was, the Evil Queen asks Rumplestiltskin to transform her into an unrecognizable peasant in order to kill an unsuspecting Snow White, with the twisted aim of earning the love and respect of her subjects, on “Once Upon a Time,” SUNDAY, APRIL 28 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

“Once Upon a Time” stars Ginnifer Goodwin as Snow White/Mary Margaret, Jennifer Morrison as Emma Swan, Lana Parrilla as Evil Queen/Regina, Josh Dallas as Prince Charming/David, Emilie de Ravin as Belle, Colin O’Donoghue as Hook, Jared S. Gilmore as Henry Mills, Meghan Ory as Red Riding Hood/Ruby, and Robert Carlyle as Rumplestiltskin/Mr. Gold.

Guest starring are Lee Arenberg as Leroy/Grumpy, Michael Raymond-James as Neal Cassidy, Ethan Embry as Greg Mendell, Sonequa Martin-Green as Tamara, Aleks Paunovic as Berkley, Michael Teigen as Rivers, Hrothgar Mathews as carny, Max Montesi as peasant boy, Bri Neal as peasant girl, William Phillips as peasant man, Jennifer J. It was never going to be easy the way back to FTL, but what kind of trigger does this fail-safe have? Is it something that binds them irrevocably to the Land Without Magic?

Hmm. Interesting. Rumple does it knowing Regina will fail to kill SW becuase I’m betting SW will see through it eventually.

No Robin Hood or Maid Marian? I was under the impression they (or at least Robin) would be appearing for the rest of the season?

The first fail safe in the curse was that if Regina killed Emma, the curse would be broken and everyone would remember.

Regina: I think I’d rather just get rid of her.

I am now confused. Is Regina going to try and kill Emma hoping that killing the savior will now kill everyone since the Curse is broken and because no one is in SB anymore, the town disappears?

Perhaps the fail-safe is that if Regina deserts SB without any intention of returning there, the town will cease to be.

I think Robin Hood and Maid Marian will come into play the more we find out about Tamara and what drives her — perhaps in the last two episodes and leading into season 3.

Not the least bit surprised, that they won’t be in this episode, nor expecting them for the rest of the season. Not surprised either, that people got a different impression.

So it’s now the threat of the big bang for Storybrooke. And what will it be for the season’s finale, end of all the worlds? Ah, well, just another imminent apocalypse, nothing to worry about. 😉 😈

There was an article recently that implied that Robin would likely be around for the rest of the season. Also, they made him the focus of promo for the previous ep, which would be unusual if he was just a one shot character who was only in a few flashback scenes.
