So I guess I am right it is on “Tamara”

Break out your pixie dust glitter and tin foil hats, because ABC’s Once Upon a Time has a new pre-season mystery for us to mull.
With the Season 3 opener still a long eight weeks away, series cocreator Adam Horowitz on Saturday morning shared via Twitter a picture of the second episode’s script:
So, who is the titular lost lass? Is the smart money on the recently cast Tinker Bell, who is said to have a “surprising” connection to either Rumple, Regina, Belle, Baelfire, Charming, Snow White or Emma? Is it Bo the Succubus? (OK, probably not.)
Of possible note, with a look at the episode’s writers: While Chambliss’ fingerprints are on a variety of Once scripts, Vazquez tends to gravitate toward those featuring backstory for new-ish characters such as Anton the Giant and Tamara.
Once‘s season opener — titled “The Heart of the Truest Believer” — airs Sunday, Sept. 29, so expect the Episode 2 mystery solved by Oct. 6.

[adrotate group="5"]If this is also Tamara’s episode then it’s a split episode because we saw filming shots of Snow in FTL of the past. So if Tamara is also explored then it will be in present day or possible our world of the past and present day. But FOR SURE, Snow was filming in her long hair and wedding outfit. Adam has confirmed a few times that 302 is a Snowing episode but it might be a Snowing (plus) meaning Snow/Charming and someone else.
Had a thought: any word on if the new RH was on set last week? If we’re right that Tamara is the daughter of RH and Marian, then if this is part of her backstory, I’d expect to see him at least.

They said she wasn’t a fairy tale character, but neither is Emma and she clearly has strong ties to FTL. Tamara could be like Emma in that she is brand new.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"Having Marian be pregnant was just such a bizarre turn to take because 1) while RH may have had a daughter at some point in his mythology, the most well known versions that I read about when we learned RH was coming to OUAT did not mention a daughter and 2) RH wasn’t supposed to be any kind of main character; his appearance was only to highlight the relationship between Belle and Rumple and also that Rumple has done good in his life for the first time in a long time. A and E actually said this exact same thing in a SDCC video that HappyEndings posted over in that thread. So making Marian pregnant and then not explaining who that baby is just makes the whole pregnancy seem totally out of left field. The casting of Marian was also very careful. She looks a bit like Tamara.
In case you haven’t noticed, the pregnant Marian thing has bothered me for months. *twitch* 🙂
I’d be happy to get Tamara’s story out of the way. It’s time for her to go!

I also thought it was possible to do Tamara’s backstory more through exposition, and then parallel it with revealing more Snowing history in the past. I’m not as sure of the RH tie to Tamara as a spoiler suggested he would be in SB.

Yes, I think so. The other possibility is that “Lost Girl” title could refer to Wendy’s time in NL.
A and E actually said this exact same thing in a SDCC video that HappyEndings posted over in that thread. So making Marian pregnant and then not explaining who that baby is just makes the whole pregnancy seem totally out of left field. The casting of Marian was also very careful. She looks a bit like Tamara.
In which thread did HappyEndings post that interview? I’m also so on board with the Tamara = Robin Hood and Marian’s long-lost daughter. It’d be a really interesting thing if the writers made Tamara a foil for Emma. For example, if Tamara’s parents are indeed RH and Marian, then possibly they sent Tamara to NL to escape the dark curse, where Tamara learned to hate magic (remember Marian seemed to be cursed while pregnant). If so, then it’s possible Tamara also grew up in this land without her parents but was taken under wing by the Home Office (possibly her grandmother works for them). But instead of becoming a believer in the power of good magic as Emma has, Tamara became hardened against all magic.

The 1st 11 episodes is about Belief —- Also this video has a lot of information on it. Example: In the promo we will find out why Henry was taken.
I don’t think Tamara was ever in NL, other wise she would have known about PP, also Wendy stated that all PP was boys.
In the premiere (first episode of new season) not a promo (promotion, those sneak peeks) is when they said we would find out. May or may not be in a sneak peek.
I wonder if it will be Lana and J.Mo for the intro clips to sneak peeks or if they recorded new ones with the other actors?

Let’s remember that often times the title of the episode refers to more than one person, so “lost girl” could refer to Tamara and whatever her backstory is but it also obviously has to refer to Snow in FTL of the past (based on those pics that I STILL CANNOT FIND she is wearing her wedding outfit from from Lady of the Lake.)
I think HappyEndings is correct that Tamara was never in NL. A and E said at SDCC that GOAT do not know they are working for PP. I think she was born in our world to Marian. I’m starting to suspect, based on the TVLine spoiler about RH being in SB with Belle, that RH did not follow Marian through to our world 3 years before the Curse hit so that explains why he is in SB. Marian dies when Tamara is a young girl and her “grandmother” (FGM possibly?) tells Tamara that magic might have been able to save Marian but this world has no magic thus turning Tamara bitter against magic.
