ParticipantAlthough I don’t think Tamara is the daughter of RH and Marian. I think Tamara has her own backstory, who lost her parents and was raised up by her grandma, as I mentioned before, but in a way a victim of magic, like Greg/Owen. Even tho, 302 isn’t about her, I still think she is a lost girl in away.
And about RH, I don”t think his child matters anymore in this whole story. If so, I will find out in September. The thing that’s keeping me on the team that subscribes to the daughter-of-RH theory, (actually is making me suspect it even more), is that the new actor playing RH is in Vancouver right now, and probably has been during the filming of 302 as well, judging by a tweet he’d sent to Adam about seeing him, and we know Adam was in Vancouver for the filming of 302.
If this “Lost Girl” title is referring to Tamara at all, that probably means they’ll reference her backstory somehow. And if they’re potentially bringing RH back in this ep, he’ll have to be connected to the storyline somehow. So it’s likely they could be connected to each other IMO.
Also, we already know that there are definitely FTL flashbacks because we’ve seen photos of it from set. We know there will definitely be scenes from present day NL. We also know there’s a Rumbelle reunion of some description, which implies we’ll likely get at least one scene of Belle in SB, because only seeing her in NL in some form would be really random. That’s already 3 locations, and if they wanna tell some of Tamara’s story about her parents and those flashbacks are based in our world with regular people, that would be adding yet another time and place to an ep that’s already jumping between 3 places. That’s the sort of overcrowed ep that people complained about last season, and interviews have suggested that they’re reining things in a bit this season, so I can’t see them sticking with that same, overcrowded episode structure.
So I reckon if Tamara’s backstory is shown at all in this ep, it will be part of the Snowing FTL flashbacks. It’s already been implied that Snow spent time living with RH during her Bandit days. If so, RH wouldn’t be out of place in Snowing flashbacks. Also, we know that RH’s story arc will involve him reuniting with Belle in SB. If Belle’s seen in SB in 302, this could be the ep where she and RH meet up.
Of course, that’s a whole bunch of little assumptions on my part, but it all fits together logically in my head, (as do many other crackpot things :-P). Basically, I reckon 302 will either make or break this particular theory.

Another point, supporting ep 2. being a Tamara centric, Vasquez also wrote ‘Selfless, Brave & True’ which also showed her backstory last season. which has also been since then deleted from my DVR.
Which is why I’m a little worried about this episode. I think she also co-wrote “Tiny” which wasn’t my favorite episode either. S,B and T is my least favorite OUAT episode thus far but Chambliss has co-written some goodies (with his former writing partner) so hopefully this will be ok.
I don’t know how they split up writing episodes between two writers but hopefully, with a strong writer like Chambliss, I hope he takes over the brunt of the work.
It’s like me writing action – I suck at it and only write action when it’s required but I don’t go out my way to make it happen.
Happy weekend! Spoiler Alert.. Season3 EP 2 I'd off the hook!! Wait till you see it, you'll love it!! #OUATSeason3

KeymasterOooooh. Goodie!
So, Phee brought this up in a 303 thread but I wanted to put it here too. At SDCC, Lana spoiled that her favorite kill thus far as Regina was coming up and at that point they had only seen 301 and 302; I think this might lend more credence to the idea that 302 is at least in part a reference to Tamara, as many of us think Regina will kill her.

ParticipantLike I mentioned in the other thread, I reckon Regina would target Greg before she’d go after Tamara, (because he was the one personally torturing her), and then the others would stop her from killing Tamara too. I still reckon Tamara will be around long enough to get her own centric ep, and while 302 may well be in part about her, I dunno that it’ll tell her complete backstory. Greg got his own centric ep, so I reckon Tamara will get one too, where we see flashbacks to her being trained by THO. That would fill in any more bits and pieces necessary to complete Greg’s story as well, but he wouldn’t need to be alive in present day by the time we see those flashbacks.

ParticipantI think the title may refer to Snow. I think she was still a teenager when Regina killed Leopold and sent the huntsman after her. Having to adapt from living in luxury in the palace to surviving alone in the wild, Snow would have been a “lost girl”. This episode could cover Snow’s time before she met Red after the huntsman let her go.

ParticipantThat makes sense POM.
I do not think Regina’s favorite kill should be Greg. It is like her vendetta with Snow. Greg was a child, and she killed his father because he got in her way. Kurt was even a widower like Leo, so Owen was already missing a mother. Greg became a bit of a monster, so he is not getting a pass. I just don’t think Regina ought to feel “yay, I win” as that is her problem in the first place. She ought to be horrified or at least shook by the thought of killing him, perhaps realize she made him the same way she claimed that Snow made her what she was. Then of course someone else kills him, like Tamara.
Then Regina can kill Tamara and we get whatever details on her backstory Cora-style (but maybe not as much a focus of the episode), when it is already too late for her present self, so we don’t lose out on feeling “yay the wicked witch is dead” even if there is a tragic note of what might have been. (Especially if she turns out to be RH’s daughter, a sort of anti-Emma, also born of true love, also sent ahead of the curse with a destiny to be the backup to break it or something like that….).

SpectatorRegina didn’t say if it was in NL or Fl as to her favorite kill. FL she hated Snow and I think she still does she tried twice to kill Snow the Huntsman, the apple who knows. So I am thinking it is in FL the past but I could be wrong.

ParticipantI think Regina’s favourite kill may be Greg or Tamara for one reason only, they kidnapped Henry. I don’t think Regina’s going to be that easily forgiving and the Evil Queen would kill someone who crossed her that badly such as taking her child.
Rumple would have more reason to kill Tamara (she killed Bae as far as he’s aware) and that could be the thing that shows the rest of the JR6 just how dangerous Rumple can be. It could also make Hook realise just how much he was playing with fire when he targeted Belle. Perhaps this is why Belle and Rumple manage to have their little reunion, the others have realised just how important Belle is on keeping Rumple on the side of good.

KeymasterBut Lana said it’s a KILL not an ATTEMPTED KILL and obviously she never killed Snow and for that matter she never killed the Huntsman in FTL of the past, she only took his heart. All of this leads me to think it’s a present day kill and an ACTUAL kill.

ParticipantGOAT have kind of served their purpose so they must be the favourites to be killed, perhaps Tamara as the actress has a regular gig on The Walking Dead. Maybe both, Rumple and Regina kill one each.
